Welcome to your ideal Ocean City, MD beachfront retreat. This oceanfront condo offers expansive views of the Atlantic and a comfortable setting designed for both relaxation and quality time with family or friends. With direct beach access, you can step outside and be on the sand within moments.

Inside, the condo features a spacious living area with additional sleeping space to accommodate guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, while the private balcony with outdoor seating provides a quiet place to take in the ocean breeze, morning sunrises, or evening views.

The property is designed to offer a full resort-style experience. Guests can enjoy a large indoor pool as well as a separate children’s pool, making it ideal for families year-round. The game room offers entertainment for all ages with ping-pong and pool tables, while the on-site fitness center and tennis courts provide opportunities to stay active during your stay. After a day at the beach or exploring the area, the sauna is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Complimentary WiFi and streaming services are also available for downtime indoors.

Beyond the condo, Ocean City offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Spend your days lounging on the beach, swimming, or trying water sports like paddleboarding and jet skiing. The nearby boardwalk features classic seaside entertainment including shops, restaurants, arcades, and amusement rides. Golf courses, mini golf, fishing charters, and boating excursions are all easily accessible. Families will appreciate the proximity to water parks and amusement parks, while couples can enjoy waterfront dining and sunset views.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
