Spacious Ocean View Condo

Great view, well maintained condo and building .

Great view! Pet friendly and super close to beach. Room was nice and clean and beds were good too. Nice big tv.

Great location. View from balcony was great. Could hear the waves from the balcony and window. Walked to several good places to eat nearby.

The condo was great! Awesome amenities (indoor pool) & location (walking distance to anything you could need). The cleanliness of the property was a little disappointing. There were socks & trash under the beds and a layer of dirt/dust on the nightstand. The dryer still had lint in it from a previous guest. The bathroom rug was worn down and the shower floor had a crack in it. There were several lamps throughout the condo that didn’t work. I really love this condo but it’s obvious that the cleaning people for the building do what seems like the bare minimum. The host was great, she has some beach items and games in the condo and she was very kind. I would definitely stay here again but I would recommend a deep cleaning from an outside company once a month.

We enjoyed how close the property is to the beach. The staff at the Marylander is very helpful and accommodating.

Property was exactly as listed. Steps from the beach and close to some great restaurants and shops.

The room was beautiful. Very clean. The place was full due to the music festival but it was very quiet. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location. Corner Unit with beautiful ocean view. Dunes and lovely birds singing was just so beautiful.The Bedroom does not have a window, so lack a bit of fresh air.

We were happy with unit but there werent enough glasses, wine opener broken and unusable. No shampoo or hairdryer. The wifi was slow and unstable. No basic tv channels only streaming options. Streaming and wifi kept dropping.

Just 90 feet away from the beautiful beach. Common areas are extraordinary and newly updated. Property Manager went out of her way to ensure we had a nice stay.

Beautiful room, ocean view located on the north end of OC. Clear instructions upon check in, fabulous people managing the property and just a short walk to the beach, so much positive. Only downside is the beds were terrible. Low to the ground, uncomfortable mattress made each night a poor sleeping night for me. I don’t think I could come back for that reason but I did enjoy OC as a vacation spot.

I have very good time, specially my mother of 96 year old and my sister whom visit us from over seas. My mother wants to celebrate her birthday at the beach.

Clean property, communication was great, located right on the beach with easy access. Wonderful weekend all and all. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect. The view of the beach from the balcony and window is great. So many activities and shops in easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out process were easy, including late check-in. The pool and game room were nice bonuses. The condo is clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable.
