Spacious newly built comfortable apartment - 2 beds, 2 bathrooms

property access and set up is good. Cleanness is terrible. Dirty used towels looks like blood stains was provided. microwave was dirty. I was scared and concern for my family and me as Covid is going around.

Nice condo. Each room in opposite sides of the unit. Nice bathrooms. Clean. Beds are pretty comfortable. 1 parking spot. However the ad stated air conditioning - there is only a unit in the main room. We turned it to 20 every night and left doors open to try and get flow. It was nearly impossible to sleep in the bedrooms. Also we went to use the clubhouse facilities as shown on the ad for the pool and gym and they were not in use. A paper sign only stating closed since March. Had we known, this trip we would have chosen a hotel as those services are open. I tried to contact the manager while at the unit and never heard a response. I contacted a week later again and was told I could have a discount on another stay. She also tried to tell me I had the AC to 28 which was incorrect. I requested a discount on this stay as it was not as advertised and now more days have passed without a response.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and modern. Exactly as described. An excellent place to stay!

BEAUTIFUL property! Very clean. Comfortable. High-end appliances were a nice touch and the Master Steam Shower was AMAZING! Location is very handy, as you are 2 mins from Circle Drive and can get from one end of the city to the other in 15 minutes. I will rent this again and will be recommending it to others.

The stay was great. Quiet location, close to stores and amenities. Clean space. Apartment was well furnished and Kitchen was well stocked. Although I didn’t get a chance to experience this I love the fact that there were activities on the property (Pool and Spa) to do. Negatives aspects of the stay that dampened the experience include: -Master bedroom shower temperature not adjustable. -Doors do not latch (Master Bedroom and Bathroom). -Fore Alarm battery low and was chirping during the stay.

Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower) was not adjustable - too hot. However would recommend as a reasonably priced non-hotel option for a family or two couples.

The property was okay it was clean, and the area is nice. Reading other reviews, there is on ongoing issue with shower in the ensuite bathroom, the water temperature setting mechanism is broken you get only scalding hot water. The towel rack in the other bathroom pulls out from the wall. No outdoor furniture making the balconey useless. The toilet is the ensuite runs continually. The dresser two top drawers do not stay closed.

Excellent location and condo

The Beds were very comfortable, The Condo was super clean. The Seating in the Living Room is very modern and nice but could be more comfortable :) The appliances worked great and the main bath shower was fantastic however the Master shower heat was very hot and we we unable to adjust the temperature down. All in All we enjoyed our stay and were happy with this choice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Easy commute to all of our stops. Will definitely book again if we are in Saskatoon!

Very nice. Furniture could use an upgrade someday. And parking spot has no number on it. But overall we would be happy to stay again.

Have stayed in these units many times and will probably stay again in the future.

The condo I’d ideally situated for us, because we have family close by. We love the park just a short walk across the street. Many amenities, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant close by. It is easy to get around, a few turns and you’re on highway 16 which easily takes you to all parts of the city. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our third time staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay there. Very clean and great location. Perfect for 2 couples. Only issue was the ensuite show. It only ran very hot so could not use it. We advised our contact who said someone would be by to fix the problem but they never showed up. We will continue to stay there.
