    The place was actually pretty spacious. The listing was as described. The kitchen was also fully functional and stocked with bowls, cups, utensils, etc. honestly such a great place I would return if my annual snowboarding trip brings me back to Breckinridge.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the stay at Tannebaum 2 #33. It is close to the slopes and Main Street. The condo has everything you need. The 2 rooms have 2 queen beds and each room has its own bathroom. This is great for teenagers.

    Good property for group of six adults, plenty of room/space. Clean and well kept, if a bit dated. Walking distance to Peak 9 and downtown, super convenient. One issue we had, there is no washer/drying IN the unit but one is available. Would recommend and would stay there again.

    A short walk to both the ski lift and main street! Never needed to use my car. Great getaway for a large group. Some stains on carpet and comforters, but overall clean for the price! I wish the check in was a lockbox or keypad at the same property, but the current one was very easy to access and had no problem (just a little inconvenient).

    Location of condo is perfect for access to Main Street and the lifts. The shuttle, when running is an excellent perk. The condo has a nice layout and overall was comfortable. Could use a bit of a modernization.

    My friends and I had an awesome time staying at this property. Given it is one of the only places I could find that doesn’t have an age requirement of 25+ it was a lifesaver for our trip to Breckenridge! The communal hang out space is a large space with three cozy couches for at least 8 people and the bed layout is great for those that want to go to sleep early while others can stay up chatting. The hot tub location is perfect as well as the distance to the main road and the ski rental/lift. Highly recommend this place for a friend reunion or family get away!
