The third sleeping space is an open loft featuring two sets of bunk beds with a Twin over Queen, and twin over twin, perfect for the kids or single adults. With an additional bonus loft den adding more flexible living space and featuring a 65-inch TV, making it perfect for movie nights after skiing or hiking, as well as for kids or additional guests. The loft also includes its own comfortable seating area for relaxing, includes sofa bed. Both bathrooms are full baths with walk-in tiled showers. For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and outdoor adventures even more comfortable. The St. Moritz complex provides fantastic shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and spa, plus a clubhouse with ping-pong, pool table, and air hockey. During the summer months, guests can enjoy public gas grills and picnic areas throughout the complex.     I will never book with the company again. When you walk in, it smells horrible like mold mixed with never being aired out. The carpet and walls were dirty and gross. The fridge is super old and took 2 days to be cold enough for our food. The downstairs bedroom smelt strongly of mold and the bathroom across the hall had several issues including no cold water from the faucet only scaulding hot and the shower head kept falling off. As you go up the stairs the railing was VERY loose and dangerous. The upstairs bathroom faucet sprayed all over. None of the windows opened properly or all the way which was awful because is was terribly hot all throughout the house. There weren't even any fans let alone an AC. It was 85-90° upstairs which made sleeping impossible. The free Wi-Fi was non-existent. They lied about the free gym access and they wanted $30 per day to go. To top it all off, there were bugs in one of the bunkbeds; so gross.

Although it was clean there are no fans anywhere,no cold water in bottom bath sink. Super old shower head that pops off, toilet keeps running unless u jiggle handle etc. Place needs updated

It is obvious the owner takes no pride in ownership and is greedy to collect the rent with no updates or improvements from the original construction date. Very surprise your management company would stop so low to represent such a landlord.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a sofa with sticky stains on it and a dirty sock in the couch. The skillet handles are about to fall off. One pan is so warped it can’t be used for frying. There was no internet or tv. They brought a hot spot that didn’t work. We had a college student with us who had to go somewhere for Wi-Fi every day. There’s a failed carpet seam under the doorway to the stairs. I twisted my knee tripping on this. I heard no response back about the carpet. 2 of us got nasty spider bites. Mine is still red after a week. They claim there’s no flexibility on early check in so they have time to clean. After the dirty sock and stained couch I doubt they’re very thorough with cleaning. The answering service/ customer service showed little concern our kid was behind on studies due to no Wi-Fi.

    The condo is in a nice area and the floor plan was perfect for family + friends. The heaters in the downstairs don’t work well. The appliances are all extremely dated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed our week at St Moritz #34 for Mammoth Motocross 2022. The property is very dated but overall nice. As previous reviews mentioned the burners on oven do not work, and neither did the oven. But this place had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and was overall a nice place to stay. The best part for me was the location, it is centrally located and everything you need is only a few minutes walk or drive away. This unit has no washer/dryer so bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry, they do have a few on site.

    The unit is very basic, it’s old and hasn’t ever been updated. If you are looking for a bed for a night it’s fine but there are probably better units out there.

Reviewer Comments: When reading reviews I thought people who were critical were just too uppity. They were not. Lots of things wrong with this condo: only two burners on stove worked and it took a lot to get them to work, lights didn't work on stove so you didn't know what was on, no temperature on oven. Power went out an hour before we left in the morning. Jacuzzi has been broken for 3 months and isn't due to be repaired until the summer (this should have been advertised as it didn't just happen). Lamps in condo, 1/2 didn't work as they were broken. Walls weren't just work, they were filthy and likely hadn't been painted in years. Lots of pots, mix-matched, without matching lids. Dishwasher beeped nonstop and we had to unplug it under the sink to get the beeping to stop. The outdoor lights outside of the condo are so bright that both bedrooms looked like it was daylight all night. Need blackout curtains as they are so bright.
