Please note that we have installed a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our camera is motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit hold of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by Stripe, a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
