Reviewer Comments: condo was out dated but adequate. clean, good kitchen & bathrooms (2). common jacuzzi was griss/dirty and not operating adequately (dirty Luke warm water). we're told jacuzzi was acting up 4 days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable unit that perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. We have stayed in various units at Mammoth Estates for roughly 8 years and they could all use some updating. This one did have a number of features that seemed new and overall it is very clean. It is one of the closer units to the village which made walking to and from very easy. Our baby girl sat in next to the floor to ceiling window and watched the snow and people the entire time.We look forward to staying there again in the future.

    I stayed here with 3 friends on a ski trip in mammoth and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with way more stuff than we needed (blender, muffin tins, etc ) and the place was clean when we arrived. Check in was a little odd, we had to go to a random building just to pick up an envelope with a door code and a parking pass in it, but the building was on our way to the house. It would be nice if they just sent the code via VRBO and left parking passes in the house so we could skip the extra stop, but not a big deal. Location was great for skiing, just 5 min from the village gondola with easy parking. The only downside is that there is another condo that shares an interior wall and we could here our neighbors loudly getting ready and slamming the door early in the morning, but if you're up early to ski anyway it doesn't matter too much. It might be a little tight to stay here with 6 people (since there are 4 beds and 3 are in the same room), but with 4 it was perfectly comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would rent this condo again if we come back to Mammoth in the future.

    This place was great for the 4 of us. Close to the village and gondola. I couldn’t get the fireplace to work but that wasn’t a major issue. Location and plenty of space. Would rent again!

    Sis, the location of this condo was amazing! Directly across from a shuttle stop, it was very to easy and convenient to get to and home from the lifts. Walking distance to the village for shopping, dining, hang out time. Condo was clean and modest only recommendation would be to offer more cooking utensils.

Upstairs living and dining and kitchen was plenty roomy for a family of 4. just across the street from the Westin/Gondola, super convenient.

The guest book had all the info you needed to get things in order quickly. Only note, nice to have a wood fireplace if you like it, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smoke smell, this might not be the place for you.

Beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked with most all necessities. Condo is just a stones throw from the Village. Will stay there again.
