Great location in Ouray! Pet friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The unit was spacious for 8 people, very clean, and a comfortable place to stay.

Very spacious, comfortable, great location to downtown. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensilsWifi pretty poor, not able to stream any movies.A little disappointing, but not major.There was construction next door, but they started after quiet hours and we were out and about most of the day. Would definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at Ouray Mission Rock 2.This would have been marked Excellent except for a couple of issues that crept up, the boiler went out twice, and the wifi was very spotty. Service men re-lit the boiler both times it went out and so we did have hot water after an hour or so each time. We did report the wifi issue but rather than worrying about it we just used the wifi hotspot on one of our cell phones. Those 2 issues aside, this accommodation was quite nice and we'd use it again.It's a short 2 block walk to main street where most of the shops and restaurants are located, although there is one nice Mi Mexico restaurant directly across the street. The Ouray Grocery store is on main street in the same block. Ouray Ice House Coffee Shop and Ice Cream is a block and 1/2 up the street towards Main and Mouse's Chocolates is on main a block south. If you like to walk there is a 2 mile river walk loop that starts at the Ouray Visitor Center and goes down stream. We were in Ouray over July 4th and enjoyed the fireworks the fire department put one. Ridgway is 8 miles down stream and also has good restaurants and a rail road museum where they give rides on one of the original Rio Grande Southern Galloping Geese.Again we'd reiterate we'd use this accommodation again on another trip to Ouray.

We enjoyed our stay, Ouray is gorgeous! Overall we liked the property, however the internet didn’t work. We messaged the host about this and they sent out a tech to troubleshoot, we ended up having to use our own hotspot to work from the property, which was disappointing since the high speed internet was a factor in us choosing this property. Also, this is a ground level unit and the people upstairs were loud and kept us awake pretty late, they walked so loud they kept waking all of us up including our 6 month old baby.

Nice property. Very close to the main strip. Used it as a base camp for a week of off-roading. We had a great time.
