The public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

- PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7’3”.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent.

- Construction work will be taking place in the building as part of an approved maintenance project. Some noise and limited access may occur during this time, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

    Host was welcoming and easy to contact when we had a question or issue. Condo is in excellent location and designed for family. We rented a condo with rhree bedrooms. It was spacious and clean on our arrival. Registration at the main office made checking in easy. The heated outdoor pool was great for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the books and games provided.

    Comfortable and spacious! We were a family of 8, and had plenty of space, towels, games, etc to keep everyone entertained. Very close and walkable in Canmore. Access to pools was a bit hit! Owners were easy to communicate with. Bonus: No need to spend hours deep cleaning /doing laundry (which some vrbo’s make you do), which we really appreciated and it made checking out easier. Would definitely return!

    Overall clean but carpets were stained. Unit could use a deep clean but I am a very clean person. Poor lighting. Condo was dark. All the amenities were adequate for a reasonable comfortable stay but, the unit is in need of upgrades. All finishes including appliances are likely original and dated. Couches were old and uncomfortable. Mattresses and bedding ok. Room sizes were god. We couldn’t get a couple of the TVs to work but I’m not that technical, but it wasn’t user friendly either. Location was great. Nice trails around the property for easy walking. Pool and hot tub were good. Garage parking was easily accessible to unit. Would rate it a fair to good stay. Booked late and limited availability.

    The owners of this property have thought of everything. The kitchen had very ample supplies for cooking a Turkey dinner for 9. All the pits and pans and utensils you need! Extra plates and silverware so you didn’t have to continually do dishes all day. Dish soap dishwasher tabs laundry soap all provided. Spices, salt pepper, cooking oil, coffee and filters for every day for group of 7 coffee drinkers. Plenty of towels- more than one per person. Best stocked place I have ever stayed! Location is great. Right next to the complex my son lives in. Hot tub in our building was amazing. Lots of furniture so all 7 of us could comfortably sit in living area together. Sports channels available for sports junkies. Host was very communicative and replied very promptly. Very few check request. Just take the garbage out. That was it! So simple. We will be back.

    Property needs to be updated. Furniture, walls, flooring is in bad shape. Fireplace didn't work, carpeting is stained and wasn't vacuumed. Need more towels for pool. Basics like foil, plastic wrap and plastic bags were not provided. Video game was broken. Poor lighting and controls were missing for DVD. Great location but the property needs some TLC to justify the price.
