Spacious - Family-Friendly Beach Condo w/Balcony, A/C, Shared Rooftop Pool & Gym

We have rented this unit at Jetty's Break in the past and were once again delighted with the space and condition of the unit as well as with the amenities and location. However, we were confused and disappointed (after receiving prior affirmation as to the availability of the rooftop pool) that it was locked and unavailable to use. Thinking it was a mistake (in light of my previous conversation with a representative to assure the pool WOULD be open), we made repeated efforts while there to reach Verbo AND Vacasa representatives to resolve this issue. After hours of texting and calling (at one point being assured that a representative was physically on his/her way to us at the unit) with a key and or information, along with lengthy delays in between, we were texted late the second day of our rental that the pool was closed.I would expect better communication and means of problem resolution where circumstances such as this exist, especially since we appear to be paying two separate administrative fees (both to Vacasa and to Verbo) in conjunction with this unit rental.

Great place to stay little loud due to garbage trucks and deliveries but great location anyway

This condo was very clean, had everything you needed, and comfortably fit our party of 3 adults and 1 tween. We appreciated the clean linens provided. Nobody had any complaints about their mattress...everyone slept well. It was a locked/gated building with ample parking for our two cars. The elevator and provided carts make loading and unloading a breeze. The remote check-in and -out was simple. We enjoyed the patio/deck and it even had a little view of the ocean. Overall the building was really quiet during our stay. The rooftop pool is very small, but nice. Our tween enjoyed swimming and we enjoyed the views. The 1-block walk to the beach access was quick and easy and we appreciated this section of beach was well guarded with lifeguards. We were there in late July and there was pleny of sand for everyone and their umbrellas. We also appreciated the rinse station near the elevator to remove sand before entering the building. There were resturants, a beach store, candy store, etc. all within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property was very clean and tucked in a quiet and locked building. The elevator and carts available made loading and unloading a breeze. Seemed to be plenty of parking. The condo was really nice with plenty of room for our party of four. You could see the ocean from the deck. The mattresses were comfortable on all the beds. Nobody had any complaints about them. Having linens provided was a huge bonus! And there were plenty of clean towels provided. All kitchen appliances worked as they should with the exception of the ice machine in the fridge. It didn’t produce ice (or water in the door) and they didn’t provide ice trays. So we had to purchase a bag of ice. But it wasn’t a big deal for us. The beach access was only 1 block away. A plus, there are lifeguards on this section of beach. There is a place on property to rinse off sand before entering the building. The rooftop pool is very small, but my kiddo didn’t care. And the view was really nice up there. The building overall was pretty quiet. It’s a remote check-in property which made things really easy (except for remembering a 10-digit door code LOL). We’d definitely stay there again.
