Spacious, Elegant, 1 Bdrm Dreamy Escape On Ocean Drive

Gorgeous apartment. Amazing location. No view. In the heart of everything. Not easy to unload stuff and get into condo with no parking and main entrance through the restaurant. Was not allowed to keep our bikes in the condo. They are high end and was not willing to strap outside so had to put in our car.

Host was easy to contact. We were told the fridge was being replaced Friday so we hung out around the condo so we could be with our stuff when they delivered. We also didn’t purchase cold ideas as we thought the fridge was being replaced. We never heard a word again about it and it never got replaced.

Mauro’s apt was spotless and in a quiet back corner of a fabulous building in the heart of Ocean Drive. Mauro was very accessible and kind during my stay. Would highly recommend and will bookmark for any future visits to Sobe.

I had a very nice week staying in this condo. It had pretty much anything you might need. Looks exactly like pictures, so no surprises! There was a minor issue after check-in, but Mauro responded immediately and the situation was resolved within a few minutes. That means a lot to me. It was beautifully clean. A couple things to mention, the refrigerator does not work at all. Freezer compartments were very warm. No way to make any ice. The refrigerator itself froze anything I placed in it. A bottle of water was frozen solid after a couple hours. I did not do any cooking, but would like to have had some cold water to drink. You may want to bring your own tissues or buy some. None inside the room. Toilet paper is horrible, which is why I bring my own. Location is perfect. It is not noisy at night. Very quiet. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!!

Love the location was right on ocean dr! A quick walk to beach. Very easy check in/out process and wonderful host that responded quickly. Would recommend and plan to visit again.

It was a wonderful place to stay, and we'd love to come back sometime. The host was a responsive communicator, which we appreciated. Fun environment, and the beach chairs were nice to have for time by the ocean. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time in south beach! We were concerned about the noise, but the condo was very quiet and we did not hear any noise from Ocean Drive. It was nice that the condo was equipped with beach chairs and umbrella! The condo was perfect size for me, my husband and my daughter. Nice and clean!

This trip was for my daughter's 21 birthday. Everything went smoothly and was a fantastic location.

Location was just perfect! Very close to all things one admires about South Beach. The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed, with plenty items for use at the beach or for spending time within the unit. Beyond that, Mauro, the host, was easy to reach, incredibly responsive and just pleasant to work with. One nice thing to note is that you are right in the middle of all South Beach has to offer without the noise! The unit faces across a quiet part of the building and provide shelter from the music and entertainment from the main beach area. I highly recommend this very spacious and well appointed unit!

The condo was great. Walking distance to many places to eat, drink and shop. A block to the beach and there were chairs and umbrella to use, so no need to rent anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick check in /out and great access to sobe fun places without any noise issues in the apartment. Had a great time and will plan to be back again!!!Sue

We had the most fabulous time. The location was perfect, so many things were within walking distance; the beach was practically across the street (a block away). The property was beautiful and perfection for our needs. The owner was so quick to reply to our initial messages and we loved every minute of our trip!

Great location in the heart of it all but still quiet. Close to all the food and shopping you could want. The beach was amazing.

Apartment is very clean and well equipped. Perfect location. Access to everything. Restaurants, shops, beach and more. Front desk and property owner so nice and easy communication. Would recommend 10/10 for sure!!

The condos were quiet yet centrally located, downstairs restaurant/drinks were good, concierge was very friendly! The room was also very nice. Perfect South Beach vacation stay.

This property is exactly what we were looking for… a place right in the middle of it all, but with a homey feel. On the back of building, so it’s peaceful at night if you decide to sleep. This location is convenient to everything and has everything you need if you decide to stay in. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Definitely our favorite rental in South Beach so far.

Amazing location! Great condo with comfy bed and amazing shower! Loved the use of the beach chairs/towels and umbrella! So close to the beach and amazing dining opportunities! Will definitely stay again!

This place was clean and had everything we needed. Full kitchen, laundry, open space, cold air, and a fantastic location. We would defiantly stay again.
