The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location, Space, Comfort and amenities were great!
The stay it self was great, the property location for skiing was absolutely perfect ski in ski out. Unfortunately we did experience a bit of a water leak but maintenance got on it quickly and fixed it without disrupting our ski days.
This is a very nice place, right on the snow, right next to several restaurants.

Perfect location and great property!
Great location, easy to get in and out of to the mountain. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Beds were great, views up-mtn. were also. Loved having a library & games. Might want some poker chips as it was a guys weekend. Could have used more utensils (tongs, only 1 plastic spatula for non-stick pan) for cooking, some baggies or tupperware & aluminum foil, and only spices provided were salt & pepper.
Being able to walk out and ski and then ski home at the end of the day was perfect. Also, for Covid Times, it was great having a couple restaurants steps away to be able to pick up food when we didn't feel like cooking. Condo was super comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 5. We had an issue with the washing machine and the management took care of it promptly. All in all, I would return here in a heartbeat. Perfect set up for a ski trip (including having the ski lockers downstairs on the way out). We rented ski from Ski Butler and they delivered and picked up our skis down by the locker so we could get in an extra few runs during night skiing. Stay here--it is great!
“Nice apartment and had all the basic amenities in there, including a pack'n'play and most kid stuff. A few minor things were needed but the Resort Lodging Company were really responsive. Awesome location with immediate access to the main mountain area, Gondola Square etc and nice pool and hot tubs. West facing apartment got a little warm but it was also probably the hottest week all summer in Steamboat when we were there.”
