Relax and enjoy your Angel Fire vacation at Angel Fire Commons #3. This four-bedroom, three-bath condo sleeps eight and is steps from the Bear shuttle stop. The entryway has room for everyone to drop their coats and boots. The open-plan living area has a wood half-cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and a double-height stone chimney, giving lots of mountain ambience. The living room has two sofas arranged to enjoy the flat-screen TV with Dish TV service and DVD player as well as the wood-burning stove. The deck can be accessed by French doors on both sides of the living room. The dining area seats six with additional counter seating for four. The fully-stocked kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, a TV, a private deck, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. There is another bedroom on the first floor with a king bed. Also on the first floor are a guest bath with a shower/tub combo and a stacked full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a full bed and the third bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo. There is also an airy loft with two twin beds. Wi-Fi is provided. Access to the unit's garage on the ground floor is included. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

There are two flights of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo.
NON-PET FRIENDLY.
This is one of two units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Angel Fire Commons condo complex. They are within walking distance of each other and a short walk from the Bear shuttle stop.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: Full bed. Bedroom 4: Two twin beds.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with Dish TV service. Baseboard heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating, private deck off primary bedroom.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Angel Fire Commons #3 is a quick walk to the Bear shuttle stop. It is 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: There is one garage space on the ground floor and room for another vehicle in front of the garage.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.

    This is our second time staying at the condo. Well maintained, and the location is great—5 min walk or stop at the shuttle stop directly outside. Plenty of space for dinner and watching movies at night.

    This property was exactly as described. It was great space for our friends and family. Might need to upgrade some of the pots and pans but otherwise a great place

    Location of the property is fantastic! Pics need updating as they showed a grill which was high on our list and was not there. A good nights sleep was not to be had by all of the guest. Twin bed frames are falling apart and there is now way you could use either of the lower trundle beds. The queen bed upstairs was sad as well. The fan in the downstairs guest clicked annoyingly. The kitchen needs some major organization and inventory of what is available. There wasn't even a pizza cutter. The balcony would have been great if there had been furniture worth setting on. Not sure I would ever rent this again.
