Spacious condominium close to everything North Myrtle has to offer

The property was very clean, well stocked with all necessities. The location was perfect, close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was so clean, the owner was very responsive. If we ever go back to North Myrtle beach, we will stay here. Amazing and only 5 mins from beach,

Our grand daughter's 14U fast pitch softball team played in Myrtle Beach July 5-11. The hotels were booked and/or the prices were outrageous. We booked this beautiful condo for us and another couple. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The steps are a lot (3rd floor) but so worth the walk up. The complex was very well kept and is close to everything. We recommend Villa Tuscanna for dinner one evening. The Lobster Ravioli is the best I've ever had! Thank you Matt and Shorten for having us. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this property! Our party included 7 adults and 1 child (11 yrs) old and the condo was bigger than I expected for this many people - the 3 bedrooms were great and 2 of my kids slept in the family room area on the couches. The place was super clean and the property owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely book again if we return to North Myrtle Beach!

We stayed here this past weekend & loved every bit of it! The place was exactly as the pictures. Very clean & very comfortable! All of my kids slept great. There was plenty of beds to accommodate my children. Plenty of linens as well. Fully stocked kitchen & everything was so adorable! We are very pleased with our stay & plan on staying again soon! We had some hiccups during our stay (not related to the house) and the owner replied to our concerns within MINUTES. They helped us figure out our issues. House was great! *EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE BED *Great views *nice amenities (even a hair straightener!) *extra beds in closet to accommodate a bigger crew (air mattress and foldable bed) We loved our stay and saving this house for our next trip to myrtle beach :)

This was a very nice renovated condo. My family enjoyed the view, condo, and the pool. Good eats weren't too far away !

Stayed here for over a week with family for a sporting event. Couple of things to clarify from the listing, this unit is on the third floor with no elevator, if you have older folks in your party this can be an issue, also it can be tough loading and unloading if you don't travel light. Second this is a 2+ bedroom listing and is really only capable of holding 5-6 full grown adults comfortably in an actual bed. (The 3rd bedroom is an office without a door and uses a privacy panel, but there is no door) There is an air mattress available, but I don't know any actual adults that would want to be relegated to an air mattress as part of a vacation. We had a few children with us so it wound up working just fine, but had that not been the case, we would have had a problem. Now if your party size fits what I described, the good parts..... This place is immaculate, I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that looked more like the pictures, and the place was spotless. It is in a nice area that is close to plenty of groceries, restaurants, and normal residential type stores. It is also only about a 5 min drive to the beach and it dead end straight on one of the nicest parking lots to access North Myrtle Beach, which is not crowded at all. You are convenient to North Carolina for seafood restaurants, Broadway at the Beach for entertainment and only about 25 min to Myrtle Beach if you're wanting to see the sites there. The complex sits on the edge of the waterway and has a nice couple of docks that have grills and are nice to watch the boats and sunsets from. Also the pool...... my kids loved the pool, it was super-well maintained, warm and not crowded. It is open from 9-10 and closes very promptly at 10, but that still allowed for swimming after dark which was great. Last few things, the place is stocked with lots of games puzzles and dvds so there are lots of things to do during the heat of the day or if it rains (there is also a tiki toss on the balcony that was a big hit as well.) The owner has tried to make your stay as easy as possible as both the kitchen and bathrooms have extras as well as everything you need, for example the girls appreciated there is a jar of hair bands in one of the bathrooms, there is also all the things you need to cook, including spices and cleaning supplies. Overall, we loved the place and the location, and it was one of the most reasonably priced places around. Would definitely recommend to others.
