Spacious condo with sleeping loft - Sleeps 10 on Pensacola Bay - San Deluna 29

Condo had a bad smell coming from A/C vents that wouldn’t go away. No pool and construction

We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach. We love the easy access to the Gulf and being steps away from the sound. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. We had a great time and would come back.

We loved the location of the condo. We have small children so access to the bay side was perfect for them. Only complaint is the condo could have been cleaned a little better. The floor was so gross. Hadn’t been swept or mopped. I did tell the property manager after we checked out and they apologize! Told us we could have requested it to be cleaned. Communication was great!!

Excellent location for family.

Property was in a great location. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of beds and places to sleep without overcrowding. Kitchen and fridge were spacious enough. Convenient parking underneath condo which kept vehicles cool. Easy check-in and check-out. Manager provided us with lots of information and answered all questions.

This is our second time at this property & it is our favorite beach spot! With the bay just steps from the door & the beach not packed with people, it’s the perfect spot!

Perfect vacation location and very nice place

Great location with beautiful beach views. But, poor quality furnishings , kitchen dishes/glasses, and pillows /mattresses. I expected a much nicer condo for the price .

We thought the property was beautiful and well kept. The only thing that completely threw us off was the second flight of stairs to the loft and all the main bedrooms were on the second floor . The description only showed one flight of winding stairs on the site, it was three! If we knew we had to climb up and down that many stairs , we would of booked elsewhere.We did converse with the property representative and asked if we could move to another condo, but since it was a holiday week, nothing was available.We also noticed that the property wasn’t well lit at night and not very handicapped accessible!

Loved the view of the bay and short walk to the beach. This neighborhood is so quiet. It was just what we needed.

We wanted to get away from the Mardi Gras crowd in Louisiana for a change and lo and behold ran right into the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras parade. Not really a bad thing except for the unexpected traffic and the fact that these folks managed to drink all the draft beer on the island (again not necessarily a bad thing). All together it was a great stay and we were glad to be back at San de Luna.

Great location -- great view of the sound, just across the street from the Gulf, pool for a quick dip and beautiful view of sunsets.

Great place to stay. Close to gulf and bay. Hopefully we will return.
