Stayed Jul 31, 2025Vrbo and vacasa should be ashamed to offer this property at the price point that they do until there are some major improvements completed. My wife and i were welcomed with a message on a chalkboard to Keep clean please. However, the carpet was stained and gross. It's honestly beyond cleaning and just needs replaced. The wall vent register was caked with dust and dirt. Blinds were broken and shades were missing vanes to the point that we couldn't close them. There was a hole in the ceiling where i assume a smoke detector was at some point. In the master bath there were smudges on the wall and trim of an unknown substance. We couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the overwhelming weed smell from the neighbors. I reached out to Vacasa and they wanted to send someone out but i really dont think all of the issues could be fixed during our short 2 night stay.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The location of the property was great! Check in was super easy! However, the carpets were so stained and was severely worn at the entrance to the guest and exposed nails/staples were sharp. The door to the main bedroom was split down the side and the whole property is much need of repair/renovation. Kitchen was visibly clean but inside the drawers were pretty dirty. The sliding blinds to the back patio were missing panels and didn’t swivel to close. The property was also missing the umbrella and 2 beach chairs that are listed in the property description. The AC did work wonderfully!

Stayed Jun 17, 2025There were several issues within minutes of being inside and the property was not in the condition as advertised. I reached out by text and was only given the same responses and no actual answers or resolution. I was unable to access the amenities of the property not because of the facility but because the “local management team” was unresponsive and Vacasa was unable to obtain the information. I went as far as to request reimbursement for the time lost unable to use the amenities and communication with Vacasa. I received no feedback from “the local management team.” Even after providing my phone number. Additionally, Vacasa through text message stated “Hey Heather, as much as we are willing to assist, creating duplicate and extra tickets on your behalf is something we can not do or will do for you. Tickets were already submitted, and when there is a response from the local team, we will be in contact with you for an update.” When I called the number to Vacasa they stated there was nothing they could do as they are only a third party service and everything needed to go through “the local management company”. My stay is over and nothing was done the entire time I was there to actually resolve a single issue. This was among the worst “local management” and companies I’ve experienced. The property itself was not clean and had many damages. The dryer is covered in rust and took 4 cycles to dry 5 towels. The drawers and shelves in the kitchen are gross. The blinds and vents were covered in thick dust. The Wi-Fi was very slow and kept cutting out. The couch smells terrible. These are just the worst of the list. All of this and absolutely nothing done despite the number of times I attempted and the time that was wasted and nothing done to resolve anything!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Apart from the little bug I saw in the shower and the 2 roaches outside of the actual condo it was a great choice. Would stay here in the future again the space was huge, the kitchen is convenient and the rooms are super cute, tv in the living room was where we mainly hung out. The location was 10 minutes if not less to all the hot spots. I recommend this place to anyone!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location of this condo was perfect !! It’s close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Also, it’s not a far commute to the beach. The condo itself is very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I’ll definitely book again and recommend others.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa was spacious, bright and comfortable. Unfortunately the unit was in a very poor date of repair. Local property manager was helpful at first then ghosted us when we asked for the vacuum cleaner to be fixed. Never heard from him for the remains six weeks. Vacasa customer service always apologized, promised to get back to us but never did until we prompted them. It appears that the Vacasa playbook is apologize, promise a resolution then never do anything, hoping you go away. Never again.
