The property is so close to the Brian Head ski resort, super convenient. It was furnished with everything we needed except for a washer/dryer and there is no access to the onsite laundry for renters. The condo is somewhat dated but everything functioned well. It was clean when we showed up but was practically out of any household cleaning supplies (dishwasher fluid/packets, disinfecting wipes/spray)
They use Vacasa who is unresponsive. Was left in the freezing cold locked out with zero ability to talk to anyone. They lie in the listing, there's two uncomfortable queen beds, NO king beds.
The location was amazing for snowboarding. We had planned ice fishing at panguitch lake but mammoth rd was closed due to snow. We ended having to take an hour and half detour. It was a cozy cabin but I got locked out multiple time where the code they had given me would not work to enter the building! Luckily vacasa was on it and sent out a rep right away.
There were some major issues with this rental. They offer only 1 parking spot, which is highly problematic and inconvenient. It is unreasonable for a rental that accommodates 12 people to only have 1 parking spot. Also, the listing is inaccurate. There are no king beds, they are queen beds. It is unbelievable that the owner/agent would lie about this. The building and this particular unit are dated and run-down. I would not recommend booking this condo.
This property is about a minute from the slopes, couldn’t ask for a better location. If you aren’t familiar with how to drive in snow, learn before going here in winter!
We enjoyed the extra space and well equipped kitchen. Wish there was a king bed though.
I was very disappointed in the condition of this property and the communication of Vacasa before our stay. I emailed Vacasa, and my message was never returned. The address sent us to North Carolina! The check in was confusing. The furniture and many appliances were outdated. There was no washer and dryer either. The worst part was the cleanliness of our condominium. It was dirty, dusty and even had an old beer bottle. The only positive thing about this property was its location to the slopes. I am very disappointed in VRBO and VACASA! We won't be renting this property again and won't give it a positive recommendation to others!
Perfect for multi-family use. Although not updated the place was clean, cozy and close to both Navajo and giant steps (walking distance). Would definitely stay again! We love Brian Head and had a great time!!
The condo is very cozy with lots of space for two families of 8 with room to spare. It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location.
The house was a perfect set up for families. This place has a great variety of family games for night time and plenty of room to relax after a day in the snow. 5 minute walk to the local store and pizza at Giant steps.
This place was meant for big families to get together and enjoy Brian Head. Separate rooms for the parents. Big group rooms with multiple beds for the kiddos. Plenty of elbow room to play games, cook dinner, and enjoy the family.
