Spacious Condo with Beautiful Sunset Views Over the Gulf!

The room was nice and spacious. The sofa had a few stains on it and one thr beds was still dirty with a cheerio and a some crumbs on the sheets. We stripped the bed down and washed the sheets.

The host were great, as they were last year.Unfortunately the single thing that stood out the most was that the pool which we really made good use of last year was out of commission the entire month of our stay.

Highly recommend this property. This is one of few condos that has been maintained properly, nice bath towels (not the cheap white ones), kitchen well stocked with everything you need (even spices) and the ocean view was amazing! The check in-out process was so easy. I definitely will be back next year!

Beautiful Condo with awesome view of the ocean.

With personal back issues at the moment, I was delighted finding 3 LazyBoy recliners available to help me sleep. Very clean. Ian ice maker in fridge would’ve been nice but ice machine sales downstairs served the ice issue. Plan to stay again when we return. September was good cooler weather. Great place to stay.

Very clean and spacious. Just as described. Kitchen was equipped with toaster, blender, pots and pans, coffee pot. Would stay again

Check in was flawless. Accommodation and amenities were all we could have needed. Complimentary umbrella and chairs came in clutch. Safe, friendly and quiet environment. Washer/dryer also came in handy. Great stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Beautiful sunset views!

Our stay was wonderful, condo was just as pictured, very clean and quick responses from owners, everything was fabulous and we had zero complaints. Enjoyed the free beach service and appreciated the comfy beds!!

Nice view of the ocean considering it’s across the street, you didn’t even notice since it is as high up as it is. The master bed was very comfy. The beds in the other room maybe should be a little firmer but still no problem. No complaints from us, we thoroughly enjoyed the unit. Oh, and the brown recliner, super comfortable! Also must add that each day you get one free umbrella/2-chair rental, major plus there!

We had a great stay in Miramar Beach. We did not anticipate all the traffic and the volume of tourism in this location. As long as we didn’t have to drive we were good. Parking a car was quite challenging because of the limited parking spaces.

Another couple went with us to Miramar beach to get some much needed time away and have some beach time. We really enjoyed our time there and the process from arrival to departure was easy and very enjoyable.

The condo was just as pictured. Nice, clean, & great location. Wonderful view of the ocean from every room.

This spotless condo was perfect for a getaway. Spectacular gulf views & tastefully decorated. The pictures don’t do it justice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and area attractions.We had a wonderful getaway and look forward to renting this unit again!

Great property, decor was very up to date. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Great location minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Onsite resturant was awesome. Very affordable for my family and will return soon. A must vacation spot.

The condo was as described in the listing. Communication with the owner was smooth. You're able to see the beach flags daily—a short walk to a private access beach. A fully stocked kitchen, which is unusual. If you're looking for a condo to fit your family, this is a must-see condo for your vacation. We had the best time and will be returning.

This is the 2nd time staying at this property. Just as great as the 1st time. Great location and short walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

We had a great visit with this property. It was exactly as described. The view from the rooms are amazing and you can even see what flag color it is daily. The rooms are very spacious and the beds and pillows made it feel as comfortable as being at home. The location is perfect for walking to Whales Tail, Alvin's island gift shop, local ice cream, Bad Ass coffee etc. Great area for golf carts and you have several ways to get on and off the beach. People say the pool is small but it really is not that small and they have two hot tubs on site. We had small waits with the elevators but many times it was very quick. The owners of the condo respond quickly. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach too! Definitely book this place!♥️

This is my husband and I’s 3rd year in Destin and at this location. Its such a great location, private beach and then just a quick 10-15min drive down to all the restaurants/harbor. Condo was decorated so cute with great kitchen, appliances and everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone and cant wait to come back next summer.
