Stayed Jun 10, 2023The floors had San on them when we walked in and then our feet begin to be dirty when we went barefoot. The electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work. The guest bathroom had severe mold on the corners in the shower door. The fire alarms in both bedrooms had been disabled. We sent in three work orders over our five day stay and nobody come to repair or clean anything through.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We love beach resort in Miramar.... was alittle bummed that the condo didn't have a spot in the garage as it does have a fob to access garage. Don't understand why there is a fob to drive in garage but not a dedicated spot to park in.

Stayed Jul 29, 2021Overall, the property is exceptional. Love the Miramar Beach area. The pool area is Amazing! My only complaint is that the beach access gate is quite a distance down the street from the condo. It was difficult to find and not clearly marked or explained in the online description or check-in email. Had a couple of repair issues that were quickly and conveniently addressed and taken care of.

Stayed Apr 23, 2021We had a great weekend at this property last month. I normally like to stay directly on the beach, but this condo is so close (literally a few steps) I didn’t even notice the difference. We could still see the Gulf from our balcony. All of the units overlook the large pool. The unit was clean and roomy with updated furnishings, and we had everything we needed! No trouble with parking, and the unit is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return!!!

Stayed Mar 26, 2021Very clean, comfortable and convenient to beach and main parts of Destin. Only drawback was that we couldn’t find the private access gate to the beach. Had to go to another gate and wait on someone leaving to open gate.
