Spacious Condo Overlooking Miles of Beach

Great place

We had a great time at the resort. Loved that the pool, restaurants, and beach were so close. The only downside is no extra anything left by previous vacationers. We would have left stuff behind like laundry detergent, TP, paper towels, but we were afraid it would just get taken or thrown out.bothet than that, we had an excellent time!

Could use more kitchen towels

Very nice, never had any problems getting into the unit or with communication. The only thing that would improve room is a little bit better pots and pans for cooking. Other than that it is great!

We had a great week in this condo. Very convenient and this was our second time renting this unit. Would definitely book again!

Everything was good except for the washing machine. It leaks out into the floor.

Reviewer Comments: We arrive on Saturday and the room smells like a sewer the lady comes up to give us our arm bands and we tell her about the smell she asked we give her 20 mins and she will take care of it. We go back down and start getting our luggage and when we got back up to the room she was gone the smell was a little better but the washing machine was started my husband noticed the washer was leaking so we call immediately to let them know. The gentleman that came up looked and said he doesn’t see where the washer was leaking even though we had soaking wet towels in the floor he said maintenance would be up to take a look. Maintenance showed up Sunday while we were at the beach when we came back from the beach we had 2 note 1 on the washer not use a plumber was coming to look at it 2 note was they turned the hot water heater off in 1 bathroom because it was leaking into the unit below us. The hot water was off for a day and half. I was told everyday from Sunday to Friday that the plumber was coming today guess what the plumber never showed up. Friday afternoon about 5 a very nice man from the motel beside us came up and guess what within 2 hours he had the washer going but a little to late for us as we were leaving Saturday morning. This company does not communicate very well if I wanted a room without a washer I would have gotten a cheaper motel room but we paid a lot of money for this room for us to have this much trouble. Other things are missing from the room and I was told they would have it delivered and never was like pot holders to get stuff out of the oven, stopper for the sink so you can wash dishes. I have email the property manager 2x’s and have not gotten a email back. Needless to say this was our first and last time staying here.

Loved the condo. The view was amazing. Property management was very punctual. Toaster didn’t work and they delivered a new one within 2hours. Washer leaked and they were over 2 times to fix it. We weren’t sure that the leak was completely fixed as we still had some water on the floor. The condo was in a good location, the pool was very nice as well. Everyone in the complex was friendly. Great beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Living room furniture was nice. Could use a larger kitchen table but plenty of bar seating. (We had a buy a card table to make a puzzle.) Bunkbeds probably ok for child but mattress wasn’t comfortable for an adult. Pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. Elevators were fast with minimal wait time. Beach was clean with a nice sandbar. Had to call to get code for the gym. Otherwise everything went seamlessly.

The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few more kitchen appliances and pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week stay in the Boardwalk Condo. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The main balcony has amazing views and so does the side balcony from the guest suite. The beds were pretty comfortable as well as the living room couch and chairs. The condo does not supply beach towels or beach chairs so bring your own. The location of the condo is nice. There is a Walmart within 5 driving minutes as well as the famous Parlor Donuts, which is a must have for every trip. There is a Hershey's ice cream parlor which is an easy 10 min walk around the corner.There is a pizza parlor next door to the ice cream place. The condo has a restaurant right next to the pool and beach which is convenient. We had lunch once and it was just ok. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The property management was easy to work and had good communication.
