The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space and cookware for preparing favorite meals. Four can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers.

This condo sleeps six guests in two bedrooms, both equipped with a smart TV.

Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. The condo's private garage is unavailable for guest use.

Located on the second floor, this single-level condo is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area. An elevator is not available.

This property does not have air-conditioning.

Great walkable Silverthorne location; close to restaurants, the Silverthorne biking and walking trail, stores, and outlet shopping.

Marina Park at Lake Dillon (2.3 miles) is a popular destination for kayak rentals and waterside picnics in summer months. Looking to embark on a memorable hike The Willowbrook Trailhead is a 2-mile drive from your door. Play a friendly match at the tennis courts at nearby Rainbow Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
