    Host communication was great. Location, location, location- so easy to access restaurants and the slopes. Unit was outdated but very clean!Negatives - unit was extremely hot, even once we turned the thermostat all the way down. Mattresses need to be replaced - acceptable, but just barely. Top bunk bed mattress was like a rock, unusable.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was a spacious 1 bed/1 bath, except for the bathroom (very tiny). Everything inside was old, worn, and dated. The couches were very old, one was viciously ripped up. The cupboards did not close all the way. The place smelled of dog and caused 2 of us to have major allergy issues, since we are allergic. The place came with an abundance of cleaning products so we tried numerous times to clean and sanitize the place. The location was great and not too noisy. The place would have been great if it was updated and not smell like dog. The dishwasher top shelf was broken, unable to roll out. We had to load dishes sideways and slide them in. The fridge had a leak. There was Tupperware that told us not to remove it unless to empty the water/ice from it. I like that the building had underground parking and secure access. The hot top and sauna were AMAZING and so spacious and relaxing.

    First and foremost, we would book this unit again. The location is perfect—central village with a bus stop to the ski school in the west village, steps from the building. Any parent with experience in getting multiple children, equipment, and to ski school will appreciate the short walking distance. The bed layout also works very well for a family of 5, and all beds are comfortable. The sofa bed has a unique design that is quite a bit more comfortable than traditional versions.I do, however, need to point out that this unit is worn down and needs some serious refurbishment. If these are the type of things that would bother you, move on unless it is noted that there has been some effort to return rental funds back into this property:. - The window in the bedroom is flipped and can't shut 100%. Fine for us as I find these buildings a bit too warm in general, and enjoy a bit of fresh air, but air/noise will come in. - The top rack of the dishwasher is broken- Most of the cabinets are broken/on their last leg- The wooden blinds in the sunroom are warped badly, don't work correctly, and are on their last leg- The leather sofa is toast. Cracks all over the seats make it uncomfortable to sit on. - The light in the fridge doesn't work- Pans have seen years of abuse, but are workable- Blanket has a burnt end Lastly, nowhere on VRBO that I am aware of does it mention that Copper Vacation manages the unit. It says property management company, but not the real name

    Right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the slopes. It's not a fancy place, but it's fine. Perfectly comfortable. My only complaint is that the check-in time is too late, and the check out time is too early, but that is more on the management company than the condo itself.

That being said if you want to prioritize location, the condo is a short walk from center village

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in Copper's Center Village is always great. The location couldn't be better. Having direct access to nearby restaurants, shops and walking just 100 yards to the lift, can't be beat. That being said, this condo and the amenities are dated. They area in the process of getting the elevators replaced/fixed, so the left one never worked and the one on the right only worked sometimes. We frequently had to carry all our gear up and down the stairs. The condo unit itself needs updated. the furniture is dated and the bathroom is awkward and tiny. The room as a bunk bed and double bed. Not super comfortable for an adult couple with no kids. The couch is a pull-out sleeper, thus really hard and super uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise, the condo was fine, and it was clean. It was easy to find the Copper Vacations office. We came after hours so our information was in their box outside. Easy to find. Easy to get to the condo and to park. The parking attendant app did not work for us. We tried to contact Copper Vacations, but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am. So, I emailed them, but didn't hear back until the next morning. Check out was a breeze, they didn't require us to perform a long list of duties, like some other services do. Overall, we had a nice stay. Again, the location can't be beat.
