    This condominium has a lot of well thought out storage space for clothing and personal belongings. It is well maintained and is an upper floor corner unit. It is secure and in a location that has restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store in close walking distance. It has secure ski storage for the winter months and 2 large hot tubs. I highly recommend this unit.

    We stayed at this condo on Labor Day weekend 2024. This is probably the nicest ski resort condo we have ever stayed in. The unit is in Capitol Peak Lodge, a beautiful condo building next to the Elk Camp gondola of the Aspen Snowmass ski resort. The location is spectacular: when you exit the Capitol Peak Lodge building, you are immediately in a pedestrian area of the Snowmass Base Village, across a walkway from the gondola and surrounded by shops / restaurants. The condo unit itself is fantastic. It was clean and in perfect condition - everything seemed brand new. The kitchen & bathrooms are lovely, and the living room is very comfortable with a stylish mountain decor. Our children loved the second bedroom which has 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom was great with a nice closet and dresser offering plenty of storage space. There are fantastic mountain views throughout the unit, especially from the living room which has huge windows. We didn't cook on this trip, but we did notice that the kitchen was well-equipped with high-end kitchen tools, pots, pans, and spices. There was a full set of dishes and glassware in the kitchen on beautiful open shelving. The check-in / check-out process was simple and smooth. We had to pick up keys at a different building about 3 minutes up the hill from Capitol Peak Lodge. Service was great: management contacted us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    This condo stay was so nice! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I was surprised at how spacious the unit is, it felt bigger than the photos. The hosts were fantastic and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. The location is great, right near the ice rink/ green space. I would definitely book again!
