Spacious Breckenridge Condo: Walk to Ski Lifts!

Four bedrooms with plenty of room and supplied kitchen for preparing meals. It is ski in if you can find the spot to ski down to the hot tub area but not quite ski out unless there is snow on the road. That said, it is only a half block walk to the Snowflake lift which is not a deal breaker. Even if you miss the little spot to ski in, it’s just a short half block walk. You can walk to town but we drove because it was cold and uphill on the way back. (We are older and flatlanders) We would recommend this condo for a handful of friends like us or families.

Great location to the Snowflake chair lift, rentals and a short walk to town.

Room was way too small for the large King sized bed frames that are sticking out. We all banged our knees over 10 times and nearly got crippled. Didn't fall a single time from skiing but got multiple bruises and cuts from banging into the bed frame. Place is also misleading and a lot smaller than showed.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. It was close to shops, restaurants and trails. Good communication.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect for our annual girls getaway. We had 5 women (college buddies) getting together celebrating our 62nd birthdays and some retirements. Extremely impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! Definitely the best kitchen we have encountered over the years! We love to cook great meals and there was everything needed. Great location for hikes and proximity into town!

Loved the location. Close to snowflake lift and 4 o'clock Run. Truly ski in/ski out. Short walk to Main St.

We had a great week in Breckinridge!The location of this condo is perfect. A very short walk to the Snow Flake lift and an easy ski back on Four O'Clock run. It's an easy walk down to town, or you can easily jump on the bus on the Snowflake Lift and get wherever you need to go; City Market, downtown, the ice rink to see the Troll!The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, as well as lots of spices, oils etc that can be used for cooking.There is a ski locker in the basement that is great for storing skis.The con that i would mention and others have mentioned as well, is that the common space is tight for a big group. We were seven. Not a lot of room to spread out in the living area. As well some of the chairs were uncomfortable. Would highly recommend the place for a smaller group, though it is a 4 bedroom.

Everything you need. Comfy . It’s a classic retro breck complex. We had an awesome stay PMI rental management awesome to work with. I would rent from them anytime From check in to any questions just text message with a rapid response. Only issue is parking. You cannot use your car during the day too many day skiers parking / camping there for the lift. So when you come back there are no spots left Many just sitting in the car all day then serving lunch from the car . That was the only issue. Walking to town is easy so we made it work
