Relax Fireside: Branson West Gem w/ Hot Tub Access

Spent 5 nights with family. House had perfect number of bedrooms. Pools were nice, not too crowded. Good rental property.

Property location was ideal. Close to parks and amenities. Large condo for family getaway with plenty of space and games (pool table, arcade game, poker table, fusball). Had everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Great time with family. Plenty of room in a beautiful, quiet location.

Kids had a blast with the pool table and the arcade game, house was warm and welcoming. Loved it!

Overall it was great, the place must be used a lot, there were some minor damages that need attention. Plenty of space throughout the house. We went over Christmas and cooked most of our meals, kitchen was set up well. We did not know, but refrigerator has a filtered water dispenser.

Plenty of space for the whole family.Unfortunate that you have to pay for parking in the driveway of the VRBO.

Our family loved getting to stay in this condo in Branson West! It was perfect for our vacation and we would definitely be interested in staying here again in the future!

When we arrived at the condo, there was great anticipation if it would be an adequate and comfortable place to stay for all 12! It was all of that and more! It was so clean very comfortable and a great location. We will definitely return.!

We loved the back patio/sunroom. We spent a lot of time there. The view is great and it had so much seating. There were plenty of beds and space that we were all comfortable. Some of the beds were a little high for our older guests and bed was very firm in the upstairs bedroom next to the bathroom. But overall, GREAT PLACE TO STAY! They had everything we could have needed and more!!!!

There were 10 of us total on the property and we all really enjoyed ourselves. There was tons of room for all of us and the property was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend staying on this property!

3 couples and 4 teens enjoyed this stay. Perfect place for each couple to have their own bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. We had fun playing with the pool table and foosball table.

My family took a little vacation for the first time in a long time and we picked the perfect place to stay. House had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids! Very clean. The kids loved the foosball table and arcade game. Very scenic area as well. Would 10/10 recommend. Host is very responsive too!

This was an awesome place to stay with our family. We highly recommend this place. Our family goes to a different destination each year and we rent a house for the entire family, all 11 of us. We had plenty of room. The only thing was there were stains in some of the carpet areas, but not enough to derail us in giving poor ratings. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures did not do justice to the home. It was absolutely beautiful and very roomy. We never felt cramped We were familiar with the area so we knew we would be a little distance from popular attractions. But we were never more than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to be. I would highly recommend this property. It worked well with our wide range of ages…..from 2 to 55

It was a beautiful property. Everything was as listed. Our family wanted to all be together and this property allowed that to be for our only big family vacation.

Great place for families to stay right outside of town

Lovely time spent in the house. Really enjoyed the pool table and outdoor decks. Sleeping arrangements were excellent for our party of seven.

Overall, we enjoyed the location and house. No major complaints. =) With that said, I felt welcomed by the love in the house, via meaningful signs and little warm touches. Downstairs was nicer than upstairs (carpet nice/newer downstairs). Upstairs carpet could use updating. Not meaning to be harsh, here, but I wouldn't call it clean. =( It's just old, marked up, and needs replacing (or a wood floor, IMO). Couches and ottoman in the main living room were a bit too soft for comfortable sitting, IMO. Not bad, per se, but not good, IMO. Kitchen was nice and well supplied. Rug in the primary/master bedroom (below TV) could use updating. Master bed was firm and comfortable, and that shower was very nice.The grounds around the house were a bit unkempt. I cleaned it up myself (some trash here and there, gravel/rocks out of place, weeds growing where they're not supposed to, etc. I'd say the lights (light bulbs) could use more uniformity and attention. Some were out (front doorway), and most were white light (not a very warm feel) and some soft light, which wasn't all that attractive (just giving feedback, here). Pool table, foosball table, and arcade game were nice, and kids enjoyed those. Other than that, we were grateful for the nice place to stay, and had room enough for everyone. Peace to you, JN
