Spacious Beach Retreat, Steps to Sugary Sand, Conveniences and Fun!

Awesome condo on fort myers beach! The neighborhood is super upbeat and filled with kind neighbors. I would recommend.

The house was clean, spacious and convenient. I loved the screened in porch we spent most of our time there when we were not out and about. I hope to go back at a later date.

The house was in a good location. Unfortunately we were there one of the coldest weeks in 25 years. Apparently heat is not available in most homes in the area. Thankfully the owners of the property had space heaters available for us to use. Two negatives about the property were the mattresses were very uncomfortable & the washer and dryer were located outside for several units to use.

Kitchen was fully functional and clean.

Dolphin B feels like a hidden gem. The lanai porch is perfect for morning coffee, and the quick walk to the beach can't be beat. It's comfortable inside with a kitchen ready for cooking. Great for those who want a chill spot with easy island access.

Dolphin Beach Retreat Upper B is a cozy two-bedroom spot just a short walk from the beach. It's in a quiet area but close enough to grab a bite or rent a jet ski. Perfect if you want a peaceful stay with easy beach access.

So clean everything works love the place so quiet and clean thank you I and my family enjoyed.

Our family of four had an amazing stay at this rental! It had everything we needed and more—super clean, well-stocked with extra bedding, and even some surprise beach toys and chairs for the kids, which made our beach days even better. The shared onsite laundry was easy to use and kept clean, so no issues there. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Publix, which was super convenient. Right behind Publix is a great little bar that we enjoyed for dinner (highly recommend going before 4:30 as it fills up fast!). Getting around was a breeze with golf cart rides available for just a few bucks per person (kids ride free!) to Times Square. This rental truly made our Fort Myers Beach vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! ?☀️

We had a couple of very nice days in this apartment. The location is great. We have to kids and the beach was very good and comfortable with kids.

We had a great stay! The house was well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect- within walking distance from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

So glad to be back at FMB. The property was what we needed and exactly the part of the island where we wanted to be. the kitchen was well stocked, and the property manager responded quickly and well to any concerns we had. Recommend this to others.

Hello, We had a fine stay at your place. Especially liked the ample room, good beds, basic kitchen, comfortable sofas, hot showers, generous towels, good AC, great open air screened in lanai, and location close to beach walks. Here are the potential negatives: Sliding glass door locks seem sketchy - bedroom one was hard to lock. We couldn't get the clothes washer to work. We tried a lot and even texted Dayla to get some advice, which she immediately relayed from the maintenance folks... but to no avail. I think you could post some directions. We ended up doing some hand washing, and then putting wet clothes in the dryer. Only other issue was the incredibly wimpy corkscrew. It broke in our hands. :-) Thanks again, Ed

When we arrived the front mini blinds were missing 75%of the shades, so no privacy. And the front screen door needs replaced, does not latch and continued to bang all night with the wind. The screen door cut the top of my foot the first night.Did reach out to owner and the blinds were replaced with curtains the next morning. Nothing was done with the door. Some floor tiles were coming up from the floor. Toaster caused the smoke alarm to go off when used. Place was clean and very convenient to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

After check in i get a message stating the water may be shut of periodically. Once i got in property i noticed washer and dryer did not work

When we arrived there was garbage in the driveway that no one ever removed before the hurricane. This was a vehicle seat along with other junk. The pictures online were old photos the pictures online did not reflect the actual home. No one checked on the property after the hurricane. The washer and dryer were not working along with the wind destroyed the screen. There were ants and traps but the ant traps were filled.

No complaints about property itself, it was good for that price. The issue that we had was quickly resolved by management. Kids were not happy with the beach quality, but there are better options available with an hour driving.

Loved the lanai patio! Close walk to beach! I stayed during 4th of July weekend and watched fireworks from front porch. Condo was clean. Would recommend.
