Spacious Beach Front Condo with Oversized Balcony and Free Beach Chairs!

The condo was great, with plenty of room for two adults and two teens. We could have easily had additional guests comfortably. The condo was clean, and there was definitely sand and such on the floors, but I have lived in a beach town, and it is nearly impossible to get rid of all the sand! The teens said the two double beds were comfortable. The master bedroom bed was incredibly soft- like way too soft. Old creaky joints don't appreciate a bed you completely sink into...but it wouldn't stop me from renting the condo again. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that you can walk to. The beach was beautiful. We were there during a spring break week and the police were plentiful- we never felt unsafe. The parking garage was a bit tight, but we didn't have any issues finding our parking spot.

Beautiful property, very clean, balcony is huge! Zero issues. Property contact was very helpful with our late arrival due to flight cancelation.

The host and condo were excellent. We really could not have asked for a nicer place. Down side....the elevators stayed broken the entire two weeks we were there with only max of two of the three working. Most of the time we were down to only one off and on. Parking was difficult as our vehicle was too tall for the fifth floor parking deck which was shorter than the first four floors. (That info was not given until the check in docs were sent-that was on me not to ask) There was no accommodation for that by the attendant. Overflow parking accross the street was full most of the time. My biggest issue was that the attendant let cars park in the overflow that had no reservation tags. We were not the only ones with issues with that. Constant parking problem. We did love our room! The parking and elevator issue had nothing to do with our host.

Every thing was absolutely perfect !! We will be back !

Beautiful large balcony! Great views of the Gulf with dolphins, turtles and stingrays frolicking the waves. The condo was well appointed and the bedrooms very comfortable.

This condo is everything one could want while staying in Panama City Beach!! It was very clean, well stocked, and Greta's was very easy to communicate w. The staff on-site are so nice and helpful too. The location was perfect. I have nothing bad to say about this place!!

The balcony furnishings were great. The king bed was way too soft so we slept in the queen beds. It had everything we needed. Greta’s managers were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were helpful and friendly. The condo personnel were wonderful, too. We’ll stay here again.

We’ve stayed at many places on different beaches. This has been the best, most convenient out of all. Absolutely beautiful, awesome balcony, washer/dryer, pool/hot tub & right on the beach. Loved everything about it. Highly recommended!

L We had a fantastic time. The condo was extremely nice and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy and the balcony was a dream come true. We also loved the power-recline sofa! The complex was also super nice and the pool and beach area had a family feel. We would love to return!
