Spacious, Beach-Chic Condo At Waterscape Steps To Beach Lazy River

Great view from balcony. Room was clean and had everything you need!

Waterscape was great, unit was dingy, stains all over the couch, furniture was beat up and stained. Would go back to the complex, just not in that unit again.

Everything was wonderful! Can’t get a better location, at the resort, in our opinion. We really enjoyed facing out of the inner-U of the resort. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and beach - and sunsets!! It was a super quiet location, even though close to the elevator. We never heard a sound from people coming or going. Our one and only complaint is that the condo did not have any TVs with working apps. Basic cable was it. With two little kids, sometimes we needed a little reprieve (especially with some rain days) and we really missed being able to pop on our favorite shows. Oh, and extra blankets would be nice. The bedding was sparse. We ended up buying two blankets at Target, our second night there - to make sleep more comfortable. The condo was very, very clean - and I have high standards. So, all in all we were very pleased. Easy fixes for the owners to get the apps “on” and buy a few extra blankets ;).

This was a nice condo! Plenty of seating for our group of six. The view was amazing. The walk to the garage was not that bad (less than 5 mins). Beach and pool were right out of the elevator next to the room. They keep fans in the condo which is great for drying things or for all of us who like to have a fan on while we sleep. The king bed and queen bed were not that comfortable. We are more firm and memory foam sleepers. If your new to waterscape, definitely check out the 2nd floor pool area. It took us a few days to figure out it was there. Note: don’t leave the sliding glass doors open, the fire alarms will go off. Vacasa this room needs one of the fire alarms replaced that was left laying on the table when we arrived. Also, the batteries in the living room and second bedroom need replacing.

The condo was nice, comfortable and conveniently located. The amenities were fantastic and got the best of both with a view of the beach and a resort pool! We all had a fantastic time. Check in was very easy, and the room was already ready when we got there a little early. The master bed was pretty firm but we slept comfortably. Some of the furniture does need to be replaced either from wear and tear or weather impacted (console table inside and patio coffee table). The TVs were a bit of a pain to get working to be able to change the channel, but we turned it on mostly for noise anyway. Couch is a good size, it is a bit firm as well but my kids passed out on it several times with no problem. Overall, we had a fabulous time and we will definitely be back!

Great location to pool and beach, next to elevator but we never heard it. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. We personally enjoyed the balcony facing away from the inner u of the resort. Beautiful gulf front view still! Condo could use a little tlc (wobbly dining table, broken patio chair, chipped trim paint) but still very clean and nice! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
