Spacious and Cozy Oceanside Retreat! Zero Entry Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a rental that has been loved for many years. Some upgrades in kitchen and upstairs. Lower level was not quite the same standard. Did not have an affect on our stay but if you are looking for extreme luxury this might not be your best choice. It was perfect for our family of 3 generations. This rental is tucked away and very private. Nice patio area where we could store all our beach paraphernalia and a hose to rinse everything off. Beautiful pool. Are planning a return visit to this complex. Kitchen was well appointed and having a washer and dryer is a definite plus. Trash container just outside front door in a fenced area so no walking with trash to a dumpster. Close to Publix and Harris Teeter.

We avoided using the fans because they had quite the build up of gunk as did the return vent in the living room. I still gave this location 4 stars because it was a great space and location for our family of 6 (4 adult children) and had everything we needed

Needs a good cleaning from owners or weekly cleaners need to be more mindful as they clean after each family.Air didn't work properly. Master bedroom was extremely hot the entire time-we had to use multiple fans all day to cool. Downstairs was so much cooler and comfortable than the main floor or upstairs bedrooms. Air filters were EXTREMELY dirty-had to clean the outside (black with dirt and grime) and looking in-not sure these have been changed in a LONG time. Our allergies and eyes were so itchy and irritated the entire time. If you have any type of allergy-be sure to ask them to change this prior to staying.Other than air and filters and needing a good cleaning-this is a solid place to stay!

The grounds were beautiful , with a short walk to the beach. The pool was unheated & too cold to swim, but was very clean. Everything else met our expectations!

Very clean and well appointed condo that is close to the beach. Easily sleeps 6-8 adults but only three bedrooms are private.

The property and location are great. Close walk to many things. The overall townhouse was nice, plenty of room. Beds were old and not extremely clean when looking close. Ex water bottle found under sofa. Quick response from maintenance for a broken door, but not property manager about dirty bathroom rugs. We would rent in this location again, just maybe not this unit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic! The short walk through the villa courtyard to the beach was beautiful & tranquil. The unit itself was very clean and we had almost everything we needed. I did notice a couple of things that could use repair like the lower level rack in the dishwasher, the sliding glass doors in one of the bedrooms, & one of the bedroom doors has trouble sticking. These are so minor though they really didn’t affect our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Overall fine. Great location beach pool bike rental across street playground for kids close by. Some issues dishwasher kitchen patio screen door no lock on lower patio door leading to beach. Would still recommend. Easy to take bikes to very wide beach and ride.

Our family had a great time at the property for our 1st time to HHI. The property was well taken care of and a short walk to the beach.

Fully functional rental but desperately needs updated from the 90s. Futon bed on lower-level extremely uncomfortable and needs replaced also dishwasher needing update not getting dishes clean. This was a last-minute reservation due to last minute cancellation, we were unaware that we needed to check in at the real estate office. Rental agency was very attentive when we called with problems with the internet and TV, coffee pot stopped working (replacement was brought within 30 minutes) After associate checked on the cable it was found to be the owners problem and cable company could not come until the last day of our vacation. This became a problem as one of the guests had internet classes. Pictures on website made rooms appear larger than they actually were. The grounds at the condo and Facilities were outstanding, swimming pool, private walkway
