It has recently been upgraded with new Cortec wood flooring, new microwave and stove, new interior doors and moldings, and all freshly painted. We supply plenty of Firewood for the easy-to-use, efficient Wood Stove and there is a private attached GARAGE (not all vehicles fit such as Tundras, Suburbans, or large SUV's) with direct entry to the condo which is perfect for the cold/snow weather. We additionally supply free WIFI, Netflix and 3 Flat Screens TV's. Our condo is nestled on a tree lined street, walking distance to Von's, Restaurants and Shops with the Free Bus/Trolley Stop steps from the front door. The Huge Master has a KING BED and Vanity, the second Bedroom has 2 sets of Bunks and the upstairs 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed.
This Mountain Themed Condo has an open Living, Dining and Kitchen area with High Ceilings giving it a nice spacious feel. It is very comfortably furnished suitable for the whole family.
Besides the Private attached Garage there is additional parking in front of the Condo and laundry for your convenience. Our family enjoys the Condo often so we were sure to equip and supply it with all the comforts of home. Off the Living Room there is a Large Sunny Deck (yes, even in Winter) with plenty of room to relax AND always stocked with Seasoned Firewood for the very efficient Wood Stove.     Definitely an older complex but very nicely updated and well kept. Good facilities too. Parking. Is easy and close to everything in old mammoth. Would stay there again for sure.

    The condo was a perfect getaway for the 6 of us and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and a crock pot. Although, I brought my own ziplocks and aluminum foil, it was nice to see the owner provided some thoughtful amenities for the guests you don't often see with a rental. The inside was clean overall. Occasionally we would find pet hair on our clothes but it didn't bother us. The owner was great about communicating. We loved the location being close to the redline. After a long day on the mountain, it was nice to relax in the community Jacuzzi and sauna. I would definitely recommend this place. I'm looking forward to returning there again next year.

    Excellent condo! All the amenities to feel right at home. Bathrooms are perfect. Plenty of room. Ample kitchen. Heat all over the home. Bonus garage to enter and keep ski/snowboard equipment. Overall house clean and will return. Great owner!
