With the included 6-seater golf cart, you can easily cruise around the resort and even ride over to the beautiful white sand beaches with upclose golf cart parking. Guests can also enjoy the other amenities of Sandestin resort including 2 salt water community pools, and the village of Baytowne wharf which includes shopping, several restaurants/bars, the marina, and many fun activities for the family.

Located in a quiet community, this condo was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The living area features new furniture with picturesque views of Crystal Lake from the living room, kitchen/dining area, and master bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware/dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table, plus 2 stools to use at the kitchen counter. In addition, there is a patio table and chairs if you would like to enjoy your meal outside overlooking the beautiful lake.

This condo offers a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The 2nd
bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom and walk-in shower. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and offers a bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and twin on top, as well as a separate twin bed and a hallway bathroom with separate tub/shower combo.

For guest comfort and convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer, smart tv’s in all bedrooms and in the living area, as well as free WiFi.

*** Only golf carts registered with the Sandestin Owner Association are allowed on resort grounds. The published rate excludes a refundable $500 golf cart deposit. A signed Golf Cart Agreement is required.
