The condo is located in a residential neighborhood in Northwest Bozeman, offering a serene retreat while being conveniently close to shopping areas. It serves as an ideal base camp for exploring the many recreational opportunities for which Bozeman is known. Downtown Bozeman and Montana State University are just an 11-minute drive away, Bridger Bowl is approximately 28 minutes away, and Big Sky Resort is an hour`s drive from the condo.

Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Getting around
There is free parking onsite and on the street.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty. The immediate area is very bikeable and walkable.

- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).

    Clean and comfortable for our family. 2 king rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Queen room is a walk through room adjacent to the king bedroom with shared bathroom. Therefore queen room not the most private. Worked for us okay.

    We had a good time here. The house was clean, linens were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We visited the Museum of the Rockies and downtown Bozeman, which were pretty close. The airport was a short ride away on the day we left. The house is near a regional park with trail access, which was a nice place to walk around in the morning.

    This condo had everything we needed for a two night stay. The kitchen and living area was large enough for seven of us to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water for everyone to shower.

    Spacious Condo, well stock kitchen. Very clean. Centrally located made getting around town easy. Great communications with the host. Only areas of concern was the garage was challenging to get a large SUV in/out. TV buffered every few minutes making watching TV frustrating. Tried resetting router a few times but no change. Overall good stay.

    My family of three stayed her with my brother’s family for three nights. Getting in was easy and the place was clean. Plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The coffee grinder and French press was a bonus. Location was great for us being just off Baxter and close to 19th street. The wedding was near 4-corners, which made us less than 10 minutes away. Couple of items. Because my brother had a 2-year old, we sometimes came and went separately. It would have been nice to have a second means of getting into the apartment. The layout of the downstairs bedroom is very weird. In the upstairs bedroom, the barn door into the bath is not effective. It cannot be locked and doesn’t give adequate privacy. It also had a tendency to trap the person inside.

    This unit was beautiful and very clean! We stayed a week at this property and it was more than enough for just the two of us. It would comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The appliances were all in great condition and made it easy to prepare meals and wash clothes. Tessa was very good about communicating with us. The property was along side a walking path and allowed for easy access to all parts of Bozeman. It is relatively close to the highway and airport. You are 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl and 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and Main Street shopping. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to the Bozeman area!
