Spacious 3BD 2Bath Condo with Water View on Sunset Island

Our family loved renting this condo for our vacation. The kitchen had everything in it that was needed. Enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities a family of 5 could need. Views of the bay are beautiful, and just a short walk from the ocean. Nice, family oriented community with plenty to do for everyone. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This condo was perfect for my family. Me my daughters and 4 grandchildren, close private beach, walked the perimeter of island with children daily and saw the wildlife, crabs, turtle, ducks and geese. Pool was great! Everything in condo we needed for great stay only issue was construction on building limited some things for us but not owners fault, building upkeep. And splash pad not working but to be fixed beginning of July! Would definitely stay again.

Immaculately clean and well stocked for travel. Erika was a wonderful and communicative host. We would stay again!

Sunset Island is the best place to stay in OCMD, and this particular property was great! Communication with the owners was superb. Would stay here again, no question!

This property was exactly as advertised and the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The use of the storage room down in the garage for beach equipment is a fake changer for a family with lots of beach toys and accessories. Plus the provided items (crib, bumbo, beach chairs and umbrella) made this a much easier trip for our whole family. And all of the provided items were in great shape. The unit also had some toys, games and books for kids. Overall a great rental that we’d be thrilled to stay in again. Kudos to the owners for offering a great family-friendly unit.
