    We had an excellent stay at this apartment. This is a no-frills studio but the view and location are great. As others have mentioned there are not a lot of lights in the apartment so if you need to work or read at night you will want to bring an extra light source.

    Amazing views, just as advertised. Small but comfortable and well organized unit. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Property owner was easy to contact and returned messages promptly. Really nice pool deck and good building security.

    Great location, 15/20 min walk from the beach, stunning view of the city But the check list for cleaning, sweeping, ect is a bit odd .. curious as to why it's a sizable amount if host is only washing 1-2 loads of laundry.

    The owner communicated promptly and courteously. The location worked well for us. The only recommendation would be a deep cleaning and update the AC. Otherwise, good place to stay!

    The location was within 10 minutes of the beach and shops. Rental included beach chairs and sun umbrella which was a very nice touch. We didn’t use the snorkel gear but it was there too. Parking was available onsite but was a little pricey for the week. But that’s just how Oahu is so hard to complain too much.

    My wife, daughter, and I stayed here in order to move my daughter into her dorm room at University of Hawaii Monoa. The area of the property was good, although the parking garage was sketchy, and the lobby and elevators were a little run down. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo itself. The main reason we chose this property was because of its location to the college as well as having a kitchen. While we did not want to be handcuffed to eating out for every meal, the kitchen was very useful. We enjoyed the view from the room as well as the amenities (microwave, toaster, pots /pans, beach towels, dishware, soap / shampoo). Thank you so much for your hospitality.

    Good location to get in and out of town, and still be close to everything you would want to see and need. The studio had everything you would want for a stay. Well kept and maintained. Paid parking at the location was expensive.

    Overall 5 stars. Prompt communication with the owner quickly cleared up some confusion with the check-in, which involves retrieving the room key from a lockbox on the lower level. The room has a spectacular view of the Waikiki skyline and the ocean in the distance, especially from the kitchen area. We were able to watch fireworks from the room, which delighted our young son. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Caulk in the bathroom could be cleaner but not a dealbreaker. The kitchen was small but complete, with a full size refrigerator. We made the mistake of leaving some food out and ants found it; removing the food and killing the visible ants took care of the problem. Distance to Waikiki Beach was walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend.

    Our condo was exactly as it was described by the renter on this site. We stayed for 10 nights at this unit and there was everything that needed. Eva was always responsive and kind. She gave us many informations that helped us along our trip. I recommend this condo, the location is also great, the pool is clean and we enjoyed the bbq at our disposition.
