    Great spot, great accommodations and location. Convenient for the shuttle to the hill. Only complaint was the check out process -- on the instructions left for us in the hotel it mentioned to drop off our amenities key/parking passes in a drop box outside of the leasing office on site. When I went to do that, there was no drop box. I went to go drop them back off at the condo about a minute or two after our check out time so our code did not work. I called the rental office, they informed me they could not give me a code to drop these back into the condo, and I could not leave them under the mat and instructed me that I had to drive these to their office which was offsite. Very much not convenient or accommodating. It was irritating because this was not our fault, it was the outdated instructions. Outside of that experience, everything was wonderful and I'd recommend staying there to anyone.

    Stayed here with some friends to enjoy skiing over MLK weekend. The property was clean and easy to access with a recommended shuttle from the airport and consistent shuttles to the ski mountain!

    Good, clean ski condo in keeping with what you might expect from a late 20th century ski condo. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with plates/bowls, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. The two bedrooms with two twin beds are tight. They could not be smaller and still hold two twin beds. The shuttle that runs 8 - 5 to the base of Steamboat Springs ski resort runs every 5 minutes, if not more frequently than that. We never had to wait for a ride to or from the ski area. The Retreatia group that manages the condo was easy to work with and was communicative. The condo is a 3 and 1/2 story walk up and there is no ski storage on the ground floor. After a day of hard skiing, getting up those stairs in ski boots carrying skis is a final necessary exertion.

    Property Management (VRBO), continues to drive completely inflexible options in this world of COVID. When tested positive for COVID I chose not to come and get others sick, Supervisor wouldn't even consider moving our date (even if open units were available-wait list) She actually said she didn't care if I came with COVID. Not a good representation. We have been coming for over 12 years. Won't even ask to come back to this property.
