The sunny Kona district is known for its clear waters and historic Hawaiian landmarks such as the Hulihe'e Palace, Moku'aikaua Church and Ahu'ena Heiau, about 8 miles south of the keahole-Kona Airport. Kona is also known for its famous deep-sea fishing, annually hosting the International Billfish Tournament (August), world championship triathlon race, ironman (October) and Kona coffee in the cooler upland slopes.     Amazing sunset views facing the ocean on both first floor patio and second floor balcony! Quiet gated community on Ali’i Dr. just south of the restaurants and shops. Home is extremely well kept, clean, and organized. I definitely recommend this as a home base for a family trip.

    Beautiful sunsets. Kitchen well equipped. Gym had enough equipment to get a nice workout in. Walking distance to the store and snorkeling. Pool and hot tube also very close and nice.

    We were so thrilled with this rental! It's so cute, spacious, and clean, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how convenient and great the location was. The kitchen was very decently stocked with supplies and spices and we made great use of the beach gear/toys, towels, and water shoes available to us. They left super yummy cookies for our arrival and there was plenty of dish/hand soap and laundry supplies. The only things that would go on a room for improvement list would be the physical lock on the front door (we would typically have to punch in the code 3 or 4 times for the e-lock because the physical lock wouldn't budge) and the starfish hooks in the upstairs common bathroom (it left some rust or paint stains in multiple brand new swimsuits, which will hopefully come out after a few more washes). I would also remind all renters that it is a shared back yard, and the neighbor to the right seemed very perturbed by nearby renters/people (was kind of rude). One more awesome feature, the pool has a jacuzzi and a kiddie pool attached that we used numerous times, pretty much right around the corner from the unit. Overall highly, highly recommend this spot, I would absolutely rent it again!

    Brought my son and his family for their first trip to the islands. The home was great. Location was central to so many things and having the pool available was nice for the kiddos when we were done with the beach for the day. The view was great as well. Property manager responded quickly to any messages sent. Would stay again in the future.

    This was a wonderful location for our 7-day trip to Hawaii! We so enjoyed the property - everything was clean and perfect for our family of 6. We loved our morning coffee and even a couple of meals on the back-porch lanai, watching the incredible sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked. This is close to several beaches (my 18 year-old loved Magic Sands for boogie boarding), and several very nice sand beaches and Captain Cook monument were all within 20 minute drives. We drove all over the island and into the middle of Kona several times and didn't have any problems at all getting there from this property. We hope to visit again someday and will definitely look into this location first!

    We were there for 9 nights and would definitely return here. We had friends stay down the road at a different condo and I'm so glad we were in this location. It's set just enough away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy Ali'i Drive but you're also so close to it all. Condo was wonderfully stocked from the kitchen supplies to laundry and bathroom. The beach equipment was awesome to have as well. There are chairs, umbrella, snorkel, boogie boards, towels, etc. Pool was great, we didn't use the gym. Sitting out on the lanai every morning with coffee looking at the ocean was my favorite part. The pictures and description are all very accurate. My only cons: queen guest mattress really needs to be replaced. It's so loud and incredibly uncomfortable. I also would suggest a trash can and a mirror for that room so when all the bathrooms are being used, you can still get ready in the bedroom. Also, the air conditioner is on a 6 hour timer. I understand the need for this as energy is expensive on the island and they don't want the air con running excessively if no one is home. We were sure to always turn it off when we left. But we also slept longer than 6 hours, so we would rotate who's turn it was to get up in the middle of the night to restart the timer so the air wouldn't go off and the house get hot. An 8 hour timer would be nice. However, neither of those is a reason to not rent this condo. Wonderful stay!!

    We stayed 10 nights in this condo and would definitely choose this place again in the future. This condo is in a convenient location to town and stores. We brought 2 children and the kids room, fully stocked beach/pool closet and room to run in the backyard were perfect. Pros: 2 lanais with beautiful views, fully stocked with everything you need for the beach and cooking, water filter in fridge, close to pool, very clean, and responsive management company Cons: queen guest bed needs replaced. It sounds like you’re laying on a bag of chips. The ceiling fan is also loud/squeaky in that room and needs fixed or replaced. Could use more bath towels, laundry supplies and toilet paper for longer stays.
