Spacious 3 bedroom Condo at Palm Beach Club-203

Loved It!

The view of this property was beautiful on the bay. Bay is great for little kids and had very little waves. Beach access is right across the street and my older kids loved that. Property is well stocked with basic amenities in the home. Sheets, towels etc. The locker with the beach wagon and chairs was a nice addition we were not expecting. There was also a pack n play which was nice to have for my 2 month old, that we did not expect to be included in the home. These are the last condos before The National seashore entrance. Beautiful views and very quiet which our family loved. We don’t like crowds. About a 10 min drive down the island for restaurants and shopping. I do wish more trash bags were provided for the appropriate size can for our stay. There was only one provided. Since the property is 3 levels. Be prepared for a lot of steps. If you are traveling with toddlers or are elderly it may be challenging. Overall we would come back and enjoy this property again and may make this a yearly trip for our family.

Loved the location. Property was clean and nice. Enjoyed the 3 br and 3 baths.

We loved the location. It is right on the beach and there is another beach on the other side. Having the pool nearby was great too. The house is clean and has a great layout.It was quiet too which is always a big plus for me. The shuttle and golf cart service is super handy.

We spent a Girls Weekend at the condo, and it was a close to perfect as it could have been. Being able to walk to the pool, bay, or beach totally simplified logistics with six people. The wagon and beach goodies were

This condo is very nice. You can see the water from both sides of the condo. Such a wonderful stay. Stairs were not for the faint of heart inside the condo. There is a of course an elevator and valet carts you can bring your luggage up with. It’s the last condos just before you drive to Fort Pickens. We watched the Blue Angels practicing, went to the Naval Aviation Museum, the Zoo, swam in the very nice pool and went to the beach countless times.

The place was clean and in a great location. View was perfect! It was hot in the loft area where the children slept, difficult to manage temp. I would recommend more plates and silverware.

The property manager was timely , friendly . Multiple ways were given to contact if needed ( I didn’t ) and the property was well maintained

The property is great! Pensacola is our favorite beach. The only thing I could say would be the kitchen could use a few more pots pans and glasswear/dishes. I would totally recommend it!

The location of this property was great. Walking beach or ICWW access. Had a small pool. Lay out was ok. The unit is stuck between wanting to be updated and still stuck in the past. The kitchen is galley style and very narrow but we made it work. Unseasonably hot temperatures had the AC unit on the struggle bus but it did maintain 72 during the day. With the AC temp gauge in the bottom area it was very warm in the main area and the loft. Biggest thing for me was the uneven steps going down on each of the 3 staircases inside and the super low handrails.

We weren't sure about staying bay side, but we loved it! The gulf side was just across the street so very convenient, but we really enjoyed the calm of the bay, especially in the evenings. We didn't have children with us but if we had, the bay would have been even better. It offered a larger shallow area and calmer wat waters with a nice beach. We spent about half our time on the gulf and half on the bay. The location wasn't walking distance to many restaurants, etc., but it was at the end of the island, so the crowds weren't bad, even on July 4th. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, easy access to the beach and the bay! Property owner was very responsive and welcoming! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Palm Beach Club many times in the last 20 years. This visit did not disappoint. We had a minor issue which management swiftly addressed and corrected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the proximity to pool, bay, and beach.

We were happy with everything except for the towels but besides that everything was wonderful!
