Stayed Dec 29, 2025Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd stains and hair in the beds. The floors and showers were not very clean

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The apartment was a nice layout for our group. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was nice. The coffee maker was a huge disappointment though. It wasn’t clean and we didn’t find the insert in the drawer til the day we left. We also thought that the house cleaner didn’t vacuum. Overall not what we hoped for.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025Nicole, you could really approve on your host you don’t leave anything for us to clean up with. We don’t have a broom mind you OK no cleaning supplies no dish soap no towels to wash the dishes. How are we supposed to clean the area with nothing to clean with make it make sense for me, Nico.
