Windsor Palms is a premier gated community that features a full-time security guard at the entrance so you will feel safe and secure during your stay. A sun terrace, hot tub, Olympic size salt water pool, and game room are offered at the 2,300-square-yard clubhouse. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a fitness centre, sand volleyball, a 58-seat movie theatre, basketball and tennis courts plus for the little ones there is a children's playground and a video arcade area including computer games and pool table. The condo is maintained to serve as a home away from home for families and friends. The condo has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single twin-size beds. The second bathroom also has a full size tub and shower.

A screened- in balcony with a table and chairs allows you to sit outside the condo and enjoy the beautiful.

10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
