I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. It is an older property, but has been updated nicely. It was clean and they provided all the basic necessities for our stay. Management was friendly and accommodated any additional items we requested. The property is right across the street from the beach, but unfortunately does not have good views of the gulf with the exception of maybe a few rooms. The shared sun deck was great and we used it both day and night. They also provide beach chairs and umbrellas which is awesome. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly for my taste. My only complaint was that the hot tub was broken one day and I could not get a hold of anyone in person or on the phone despite numerous tries, so it was not fixed until the next day. It was fixed quickly, but we missed out on one of night of using it. Would definitely recommend staying at the Beach Club.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We had a very nice stay in this property. It was a great location for the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though the pool and hot tub weren’t functioning due to extended problems from the hurricane, we enjoyed sitting out at the pool area. Our group of 5 adults were all happy with the accommodations.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We just got back from a long weekend at AMI. This is not my first time staying on the island but I will say of all the rentals I’ve stayed at this was by far the best one. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect and short walk the the beach. There was a pool on the premises which came in handy with my young kids on spotty rainy days. And it was a short walk to the trolley that took us up and down the island free of cost. I definitely recommend Beach Club at Anna Maria Island…and will probably only rent here in the future!
