Cleanliness = Comfort, that is my belief. In addition to the regular service you would expect I go above by:
-Having a mattress protector underneath sheets that are washed after every use.
-Replacing the interior shower curtain when needed
-Replacing all filters every 3 months. This includes the HVAC, Air purifier, Refrigerator and Brita.
-Cleaning all appliances every 3 months.

    We were in town for the Des Moines marathon, and the location was perfect- a block from start/finish. Clean, garage parking, and key-less access was a plus. Great communication throughout booking and stay.

    Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.
