Stayed Jun 22, 2025This 8th floor, well equipped condo in the reliable Braemar Towers served as a comfortable, user-friendly beach base. Would have spent more time on the scenic balcony, but steamy weather kept us inside or on the beach. Great beach access. Condo is convenient to good variety of dining options and Fenwick attractions, including the Freeman Arts Pavilion where we attended a terrific and free reggae-pop concert. Shout out to Grace (Sea Grace Realty) for her assistance. Thanks to owners for making this lovely home available for rent.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Have stayed in this building several times in the past but this unit was our favorite by far. We've already booked for next summer!
