The living room offers cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light from the sliding glass doors that open to your private balcony—a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the mountain air.     Perfect location for a small group trip to steamboat. Price and amenities were on point. Excellent t shuttle service. Did have sone issues though. The tv in the living room did not work and they property managers were not able to fix it at all during our stay! The check out process was also very inconvenient. Having to drive back into town to drop off a Len amenities key when we planned to ski that day was annoying. Not sure why it couldn’t stay in the unit with the locker key.

    Convenient first floor unit that was easy to move in and out of - Ski closet was handy also! Very comfortable to both hangout and sleep 6.
