Spacious 2 Bedroom in the Heart of Seattle!

The apartment was very nice and we loved the location. It was a little beat up and could use some painting, etc, but all in all we had a great visit.

The host and property management team were very helpful, this place is right in the middle between Pikes and The Space Needle. Such an amazing stay everything is walking distance, would recommend 100%, and next time we are in town we hope to get this place again.

We came to visit my son who is studying in Tacoma, we have never been to Seattle. The location was perfect for our agenda, walking distance to the market and space needle. Good restaurants and coffee shops all around. Only caveat we had right across the street is a night club Ora that blasts laud music until 2 am. Will bring earplugs next time

We all really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat. There are many great restaurants and plenty to do in the area. The parking garage was a very nice feature and the apartment was comfortable with some nice views.

The apartment was clean and just as described. The air conditioning had a little trouble keeping up but it was unseasonally warm when we were there. The checkin process was very easy and the location was fantastic.

Great location, just as expected, responsive and friendly hosts... Our only hitch was that it was unseasonably hot, so we did wish for better air conditioning -- however, this was probably the one weekend of the year where that was needed! Convenient to food, coffee, Pikes Place, Space Needle, a mile from the ferry terminal (and Molly Moo's ice cream). We had a great time catching up with friends as we celebrated a wedding weekend. Beware: Air conditioning is a portable unit that only cools the living room with small fans in bedrooms. We complained after the first night but they would not give us any of our money back. The unit is next to a club with loud music at night and the street noise is crazy. We left one day early and rented a hotel as we could not stay another night in this location. We filed a claim with VRBO and they approved our claim which paid for one night in a hotel. If the hosts would have just offered us something but they basically argued with us and said air conditioning is different in Seattle. When you list air conditioning in your unit, per VRBO, it must cool the entire space. Your unit did not and could not cool the entire space.

We loved how conveniently located the apartment was, it offered everything we needed and was staged perfect.

Helpful communications before, during and after. Seamless check-in & check-out. Good location for us. Comfortable & clean. Pleasant beds & linens. Lighting could be better - with better bulbs, e.g., replace outdated halogen in table lamp with 3-way LED (appears to be a 3-way switch), bulb out in fixture over dining table. Dull bulb over bathroom sink.

Excellent location between the Public Market and the sites near the Space Needle. The beds were really comfy since they were foam (not spring) mattresses. Even the sofa bed! Well stocked with towels and any cooking supplies you'd need. Definitely would recommend to a friend wanting a place with easy access to the sites and free parking if they need a car to go farther a field.

Lovely place and a great location. Worth every penny. Hosts and Stan were great and gave good pointers and instructions. I felt very safe there. So glad this property enforced safety rules.

This location was a 12 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to be. Stayed for two nights and never took the car out of the garage. The on site pool was nice as well. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

The place was in great location for tourist spots and restaurants. Ashley was very helpful and kind host.

We had a lovely two night stay in this 5th floor condo. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the Seattle Center, so we didn't have to worry about driving and just left our car in the locked parking garage, which was nice. The view is great - out one direction you can see the water, and out another direction there's a really nice city skyline. The windows open for fresh air too. I loved sitting in the living room space with these windows! There were plenty of bath towels, soap, paper towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets in the closets. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of glassware but didn't have cereal bowls, but that was really the only thing that I noticed staying there as a parent with kids. There is definitely city noise at night (traffic, recycling trucks) as stated in the unit description, but if you're sensitive to it just bring ear plugs. My kids slept through it no problem in the back bedroom. Great communication from the owners, and I would definitely stay here again! It was really ideal for a downtown stay!

Cute place - so easy to walk to Pikes Place /Seattle Center. Noisy on the weekends with clubs nearby but I had no trouble falling asleep with fan on for white noise. Beds very comfortable- can see the water and occasional cruise ships. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Safe building.

The apartment is within walking distance to everything. My wife, our two kids, and I were comfortable staying there for almost two weeks.

Property was pretty clean overall, but the beds and pillows were not great. Need to be replaced and updated they are worn out. Property location is a few blocks from the heart of Seattle but very noisy.

The location cannot be beat. It was perfect for our family of 5 and access to the main sites. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and ample linens were provided. The unit is showing some wear around the edges (carpet and bathroom), but that is to be expected in a rental unit. All instructions were clear and the property owner/manager was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great location to walk to all the spots (space needle, market, waterfront, aquarium, etc.). Plenty of restaurants walkable too. Building is secure and has cute courtyard and pool for the kids. Communication with owners was prompt and easy and they provided recommendations for keeping our bags (turned out we didn’t even need it since they were able to accommodate an early check in). Great stay and would stay again.
