Spacious 2 Bedroom Home at the Heart of Seattle

I have stayed in VRBOs a handful of times and look forward to them in lieu of hotels honestly. My daughter and I stayed in the apartment each in our own rooms. Sharing a bathroom with her is not a problem, except the doors to the bathroom, shower, bedroom and kitchen made it impossible for both of us to be in the bathroom at the same time. This would not be too much of an issue, but the only mirror in the apartment was over the one plastic sink and one big one by the kitchen table in the living area. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms at all. Also, there were not black out curtains so the sun woke us up. The lobby of the building smelled like mcdonalds, the elevators smelled like urine and our apartment smelled like grandmas house. And furniture looked like it too.The carpet had to be at least 20 years old. The only airconditioning was a swamp cooler on the floor in the living room. No central air.The worst? was a club outside our building on two sides thumping until 2:00am and a fire station 4 blocks away with sirens running all hours of the night. We could not sleep at all. The dryer still had the last guests towels in it, the coffee was terrible, and it simply was not a great stay for us. I did ask for assistance with finding things in town and she could not help us.We will laugh about this trip for yearsThe gym in the apartment was great! We could walk to most tourist attractions too!

We have stayed in this building before so we knew what to expect in terms of building amenities and location. The place was ok. It is in need of touching up repairs. There were lots of scuff marks on the walls and the carpet could use a good cleaning. The beds were clean. They left linens and towels in the dryer and the host told us to just take them out and put them in the closet if we were going to use the dryer. The pillows on the couch need to washed. They were very dirty.

Great location, close to all the Seattle locations we wanted to visit. Apartment was well appointed and furnished as advertised . Would definitely stay again.

Great location with a parking space. Good walking distance to many Seattle spots and restaurants. Check-in was easy with the host meeting us and showing us around the apt. Unfortunately, it is very run down and small. The washer and dryer are small and musty. The sheets on both beds had stains and the bathtub was stained. We texted pictures and the host responded with new sheets within minutes. But washing new sheets to use was not how we wanted to start our vacation.

Noisy area; we were traveling with a baby. Unit is perfect for younger couples. Location is outstanding. Only one bathroom.

Great location for walking to Pike’s Place Market, the Space Needle, piers and tons of restaurants. There are a TON of rules (understandable for safety) however kinda stressful for a family. With the inner city location you get street noise at night big time. Things uncontrollable by hosts but I didn’t think about taking my tween/teen there. Stuff like yelling late at night, bar fight type stuff, sirens etc. the place smelled like weed - again just a risk you take being in an apartment but not amazing. There is only a small AC unit in the living room so the bedrooms were hot and windows didn’t open.

Our group of 5 adults fit well in this clean and centrally-located dwelling. I would describe it as a condo in a larger building. We had 2 bedrooms for 2 married couples and a fold-out sofa for a guest. It's location on the 6th floor provided a view of the city and even a portion of the coastline. We were able to easily walk to Pike Market and the waterfront. Although Seattle Center was also close, we elected to the monorail for the entertainment value. We did not have a car, so we didn't take advantage of the parking spot. We would return.

Nice stay but A/C could have been a lot better. Neighborhood can be noisy at night. Other than that stay was good and owners were great.

The property was perfect for us. It is a beautiful condo and the location was amazing. We had many plans while visiting Seattle and we were able to walk to see everything. We had an awesome stay! Thank you!
