Stayed Jan 3, 2025This property was as advertised. The owner communicated immediately on anything we wondered about or needed. It was a good location to do the things we wanted to do—not far from Venice nor the north side of Sarasota. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to Turtle Beach which became our favorite. It was a quiet place to be.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The location was ideal, neighborhood quiet, pool and hot tub excellent! Lanai nicely furnished, Use of garage, especially for our bikes, was ideal! Very close to 18.1 mile Legacy trail, excellent for bike ridding. We would return again.

Stayed Jan 31, 2024Palmer Ranch is large nicely kept area and this condo was within one of the properties at Palmer Ranch. The condo was very clean, comfortable layout and kitchen equipped with all we needed. The property was quiet with small nature park within walking distance and 2 miles from most shopping you might need (grocery, Costco, restaurants etc) Furnishings were nice and neighbors friendly. Pool well kept plus it's a heated saltwater pool. Very good stay and owner easy to work with and easily reached by email.
