Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo with Pool!

I would have really given 5 stars to this property as it was very nice, clean apartment, close to downtown and excellent security, except for the parking key fob issue. (this is one of the very few properties which have parking included).The key fob was flimsy and wouldn't work most of the times. Good that they have 24 hr concierge service, but it's a hassle that one doesn't look forward to after doing day long trips and being tired.... I tried communicating the same to property manager, but their reply was go to the concierge... and the concierge was, please tell your property manager to replace the fob ...

Excellent property. I would stay there again.

Awesome place and nearby everything

we stayed here with our 17 year old grandson . perfect apartment, awesome location, and the owner is always quick to respond to any questions you have. would stay again!!

The condo was nicely located within walking distance of all the attractions we planned to visit during our stay. It was well equipped with all the essentials and even had a fantastic bakery directly outside the building. We enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect location me my family, I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

The apartment was secure and perfect for our family of 6. In addition to 2 king beds, there were extra mattresses as well as a pull out sofa. In-unit laundry made it easy for us to keep up with clean towels. The location was perfect for walking to Waterfront, Seattle Center, Pikes Market and more.

Great place to stay and enjoyed the Condo. Didn't like having lots of Homeless in the area (but they really didn't bother anyone and stayed mostly to there self). Close to Pier 66 and easy to walk to just about anywhere you wanted.Didn't like that the Condo had so many rules and so much to do just to get to your room. Had to have access card to get in building, then access card to make elevator go anywhere, and you almost had to have it to do anything inside the building to get to pool .

We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The apartment was perfect for two couples! The only disappointment was the pool area and the hot tub not working. The location was perfect walking distance to lots of attractions.

We had a very nice stay. Clean and spacious. Great location. Perfect for grandparents, parents and one 12 year old. Would stay here again!

The property is very nice, was very clean, and is centrally located with Seattle’s best things to see within walking distance. Only about a 10minute walk to Pikes Place Market. The host was very responsible we needed something. It came over and took care of it right away. There are numerous restaurants available easily within walking distance. there is a fair about a homeless in the area, so the complex has very strict rules in terms of entering and exiting. The central garden of the complex is really cool and the gym is fairly well equipped. The only negative thing I have is that the hot tub wasn’t working while we were there, which was kind of a bummer. But that was a complex issue and nothing to do with the host or the individual unit. Overall, a great place to stay.

Locarion is perfect fir cruising & sight seeing in Seartle

Five adults stayed here 3 nights prior to our Norweigen cruise. We were able to walk for food and drink. A neighborhood convenience market is about a half block walk to the corner. Also, walked to the space needle,Pike Place Fish Market and Chihuly Glass and Garden. When we checked out, we rolled our luggage to the Pier 66 where we embarked on our NCL ENCORE ship for our cruise. Wonderful location!

Condo was very clean and had a secure entrance. It was well located on 1st Avenue with a 15 min walk to Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
