Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo for a family vacation, lots of space to spread out. Two minute walk to beach, close to restaurants and activities. Quiet area and building. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the peacefulness. Boardwalk a short distance away for more excitement. If you’re looking for a quiet , relaxing stay in OC, this is your spot.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and location were great, however the beds were very uncomfortable which took away from the trip never sleeping well. Would rent again if the owners got new mattresses!Also the bunk bed is awkward to get in for younger kids and didn’t seem safe so we did not use, so factor one less bed in if you have little kids!
