Stayed Jun 17, 2023I highly recommend this property. The condo was beautiful and was in close proximity to the beach and sites. We stayed several weeks and had a wonderful time. Scott, our host, was great. We had a few questions and he responded within minutes. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed the time.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022Beautiful, newly renovated three bedroom, 3 bath condo with laundry room directly on Cape Canaveral Beach. Open high-tech kitchen, eating, and living space was full of light. Third floor wrap-around balcony provided delightful views of the ocean and beach activity - from the Cocoa Beach Pier to Cape Canaveral. Perfect beach for walking in addition to all beach and wind activities. Owner was a text or phone call away and most receptive. Our French Bulldog was welcomed. The heated pool was heavenly. And a garage parking space complete with beach toys came in very handy. We hope to rent again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2021Our family had a wonderful stay at this property for 1.5 months. It was very clean and even better than what we expected from the pictures. The modern furnishings, spacious layout, and amenities made it very comfortable. The location was perfect and we even got to see a couple rocket launches! Watching the sunrise from our balcony was a great way to start the day! The owner was very accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed Jan 18, 2020Has everything you need. Fab view great furnishings and lots of space. Modern upscale kitchen. Panoramic views. Sorry we had to cut our stay short by 37 days because of concerns about the Virus with everything closed down....
