Our first floor condo is just a short walk to the pool or beach. It is an ideal location for families with small kids.
The bedroom has a queen size mattress and is very comfortable. We do have s TV in the bedroom. There is also a small make-up vanity in the bedroom with a chair.
We have a flat 50 TV in the living room/kitchen area, along with a dining table with 4 chairs. This condo has a dishwasher, we supply the soap. We have all the necessities in the kitchen suc

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is a little old, but very well maintained. It’s close to many beaches and has a nice pool. Check in was a breeze. Our villa was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was that the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Dee was lovely to work with and unit was clean but the peeling wallpaper needs to be fixed. Also, provide written instructions for the Roku TV. We had to reset it multiple times to get the local channels.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023The description in the listing is accurate, but does not tell the entire story This place is small, relatively clean, and close to the beach. What's missing from the listing is the lack of updated fixture throughout, the warped flooring in the bathroom, the pealing wallpaper in all parts of the house, and a mishmash of furniture that exist throughout the rental. This property has not aged well!!! It looks and feels old!! After experiencing it for myself, I see these pictures from a different perspective and the warning signs are visible. This place was not comfortable, and we did not contact the manager because they weren't going to replace the rusted door knobs, fix the blinds, or provide a sofa which didn't sag. The place is not a house of horrors, but it's not a clean and comfy beach retreat. Thankfully the weather was nice so this place was more of a rest area and not a hang out. I would not stay again, nor would I recommend this to a friend. Overall it's a 2.5 star mainly for the proximity to the beach and pool.

Stayed Mar 13, 2023My family and I had a great trip here. The location is Prime. You're right next to the beach just quick walk over the bridge to the beach and you're there. A couple of restaurants onsite. You can see the ocean from the condo and you get great light on the balcony.
